Had my dog trained for Beginners Puppy Classes with Sarah Smisko. She was attentive and well handled. She made sure my dog was properly addressed and showed me acceptable commands to use when handling her. Ill be honest Im stuck in my ways thinking i could do a better job and instead of conflicting with me she let me show her my way and helped me improve on my training methods instead of telling me I was wrong and showing me a "corporate taught" way to do so. The facilities were clean and she used only approved treats by me and my fiance (we have our dog on a grain-free diet) I also was extremely impressed that no matter what, even when we werent there for the class she remembered my dogs name and stopped to chat with us like we were old friends. I felt very comfortable and would rate her much higher than 5 stars if given the opportunity. Id highly recommend that dog owners take her classes. You will not be disappointed!

If I could give no stars I would. Had appointment for 1 PM. Arrived at 1:25. First told person who is grooming is leaving. After waiting 5 min for manager while calling and now speaking in person with manager told no booking. Asked "Who did I speak with" as if I this would make a difference. The manager then said it will be over 2 hrs and not sure how long it might be. This attitude and ineptitude makes me sure I will never chose Petsmart in Poughkeepsie to touch my dog.

Im able to get what I need for my pets, all of my pets. I have cats and parrott so its not easy to find places that carry decent parrott products. Although I do wish they had a better selection of bird toys.

I had fostered 2 girl cat that ended up having babies so i had 13 kittens, there moms and my own 4... so that makes 19! Yikes! This store has the best prices on caned wet food i would buy 7 cases at a time.

Great customer service, in all aspects. Second time I brought my two yorkies for grooming and they did I great job, would highly recommend their services. Leki and Romeo look stunning with their haircut

Prices very high. Like all big box pet stores, the animals look like they are suffering in those SMALL cages/tanks. I am so against stores selling animals. The fish tanks even have a lot of sick fish.

Best store for our furry 5, always clean, very helpful staff, love that they host pet adoptions . We volunteer at the SPCA in Hyde Park just the best store. Petco is a gross mess
