I ordered front pads for my bike from this location on Saturday. They werent in Stock so I paid in full and placed the order. I provided them with a picture, brand, and part number for the pads I need which is the same brand they carry. I was told no problem and they would be in no later than Tuesday. The clerk also said I would receive a call as soon as they arrive. So Tuesday comes and no call. Wensday no call. I called them to get status on my order as the bike is down waiting for the pada. I was told the "merchandiser" was sick so no one knows if they came in and they cant check. OK stuff happens so I wait. Thursday I get a call and go get my pads. They ordered the wrong damn pads. Rear pads were ordered instead of the fonts. I told them they were incorrect and I was told I should order the correct pads this time. Wtf. Ordered again and hoping I get the correct pada. Gave them the exact same info. I might note I went here for convenience instead of ordering from another source online but this is getting ridiculous and the pads are 61 dollars at cycle gear but 45 from multiple other distributors online ( same exact pads). Horrible service, inacturate ordering, rude, and expensive. That earns you a 1 star. If I could give you a zero I would.

As with all shopping, "Buyer Beware". Being inexperienced in motorcycle repairs I thought my battery was dying based on my experience of automobile batteries. It would crank over and die. Id re-charge it only to have it dead a short time later... So, going to this store I mentioned this to the sales clerk. Being the great employee he is, he promptly sold me a new $172.00 battery... all is good! I put it in... bike started right up! Great, I did well and will not need a new battery for a long time. Only to have this battery die... OK, I must have a ground somewhere... Ill bring it to a shop. Shop: what seems to be the problem? me: battery keeps dying, I put a new one at it died... Shop: do you keep it on a trickle charger? Me: huh? Shop: these batteries dont hold a cold cranking charge and need to be kept on a trickle charger. Me: oh... Ill try that. Harbor Freight is down the road... Ill get a charger there. Battery has been great since... So, my gripe? The Bike employee could have mentioned the cold cranking issue and sold me a charger...

Very Disappointed, I wanted to buy my boyfriend a new helmet and gloves for xmas, I know nothing about motorcycle gear, and I was told, "go to Cycle gear, in Fairfield, the guys in there are very helpful." I went there, and there were two girls, both chit chatting, and they didnt seem to care that I was lost, not knowing what to buy, I was prepared to spend as much as they thought Id need to spend. I just walked out because I didnt want to interrupt their conversation talking about the guys they dont like to work with. It was embarrassing to me, and very unprofessional. Im just ticked that I had to go Mach1 motor sports, where I was treated with respect. I drive by Cycle Gear and just get sick to my stomach!

Went there cause I was in a hurry to get gear to go riding the next day, a female was helping me but she just sorta spit rude remarks the whole time was attempting to rush me while I was the only customer in the store then forgot to ring up my gloves which is an honest mistake but then I get home and my jersey isnt in my bag she didnt charge me but what an inconvenience. Idk what she was doing with the stuff from the time she took it from me to the counter but it never made it. Overall just bad vibes from the store Ill be ordering my gear from online shops from now on.

Dramatic much? I had to laugh reading the latest review. I have had nothing but good experiences with this Cyclegear. Theres two girls that work there are more helpful than the guys on most of my visits. If youre looking for a place to get decent gear and parts, follow the reviews of the previous people, and not the view of a woman judging other women. Theres not a lot of places to go in the area these days, and I only go to Mach 1 when I need dealer parts. No reason to go anywhere else in my opinion.

The guys here are so helpful and nice! I found a coupon online that he checked out and said they dont usually do online coupons for the brand of jacket I was buying but he gave me the 20% off anyway! Makes me want to keep coming back to cycle gear!

Extremely overpriced compared to all online retailers. Really minimal selection as well. Good when you are in a pinch, but Ill be ordering online otherwise. The store in Sacramento is massive compared to this place.

A medium sized store, with good selection of about 5 major moto brands. Happened to visit during a sale event, and they have GREAT sale prices compared to some of the Branded-Only stores.

Whatever you do dont go to Cycle Gear in Fairfield they are more busy flirting with the two girls that are hanging out then to actually help a customer they definitely lost my business
