If I could give them more stars,I would! My husband and I have been looking for a company that doesnt over charge us for repairs. It seems as if my whole neighborhood knew about this company besides my husband and I(We just moved into the neighborhood). One of my neighbors recommened them,said they have great service and try to work with your schedule. I decided to give them a shot. The moment my husband called the owner was extremely nice and told us he can send a technician right away. As soon as one of the techs came he instantly started to repair my dryer and finished in less than an hour. He kept repeating if i needed anything else and told my husband and I,"Were gonna do everything we possibly can to make you happy". I thought that was sweet. A year later I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I went to the office and as soon as I stepped into the office the owner came out to assist me with all the questions I had. I purchased the refrigerator and they didnt charge me for delivery and delivered my refrigerator that same day! I was happy with the service and I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Ive used this company with some success in the past, but my last two experiences have made it clear that these guys are total hacks and dont take responsibility for their work. I had them diagnose a dishwasher for me, and after the service call they said it would need to be replaced. When I got them the replacement, they installed it incorrectly. I asked if they would come back and fix what was done, but they refused to come out without being paid for another service trip. The guy, Fernando, I was talking to was rude and confrontational. I had them scheduled to repair a dryer for me, but I cancelled it. Let me just say I will never being giving this rude and unprofessional business any more of my business.

I needed to buy a refrigerator so I went to the shop. A young lady came out to talk to me about the refrigerator I was looking at. I wanted to speak to one of the technicians and she immediately called one of them and he answered all of questions I had. I found that quite impressive, the young lady called the technician only once and he came almost running just to help me. Most businesses make you wait a while before someone actually helps you. I ended up purchasing the refrigertator and had it delivered free that same day. Great service, I recommend.

I needed some type of heating / cooling system installed in my house. So i call york and explain to them how cold my house gets but i didt know what type of system i need for my house, so i set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time wheir very nice. They gave me different options and explain everything to me. When it come to doing the job they wheir great didnt take ask long I was thinking and they left everything clean when done with the job. Thank you York Appliances for the great job.

I recently moved out here and the place I got wasnt all that great needed couple mods and of course appliances a friend of mines recommend me to this place and I gotta say they were professional and they made sure I got what I needed I just gotta say it was an awesome experience the people were lovely respectful and most importantly they took care of me on the things I needed whenever I need other things in the future Ill sure be coming back here!!!

Johnny and Carlos came to my house to fix my stackable (washer dryer). The washer part of my stackable was over flowing. Took them less than an hour to fix it. I kept asking them questions (I felt I was being a it annoying) about the repair but they never lost their patience with me. Previously, I bought a French door fridge from them. Afforable and still works like a charm, its been about a year (Will update when it stops working. Hopefully never.)

I hired them to repair my refrigerator they took longer than what they said also they burned my floor I talked to the owner he admitted fault and agreed to replace it but he refuse to hired a legit company, I gave him a few estimates from companies around the area he laugh and threw them at me, now Im force to take legal action, he is the worst business owner I even dealt with I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Great customer service, I needed a central heater repaired next thing you know they helped me the same day for a cheap price compared to other places I looked at.I got to say the best part of going there was because of Denisse , she was kind and friendly and sweet. Everything went swell when I talked to her. I want to thank you guys for helping me out on a short notice! You guys are the best!!

Ive been meeting to review them but anyways my heater broke about a month back. My house is unbearable with out my heater. I called them and they squeezed me in next day. They fixed the problem, the heater needed some routine maintenance. What made me give them five stars is that they took the time to explain to me how to properly care for my heater. Thats going above and beyond in my opinion.

My furnace was being extremely noisy, it wasnt terrible but the noise would get pretty annoying. I called them in and they gave me an appointment for the next day. The job was quick and they explained to me everything which was nice. Overall they were friendly and the cost was reasonable. What more can I ask for? Thanks Fernando!

Same day appointment when called up for my hvac that havent been used in years. If you need any appliances or any repairs, and even for the HVAC, this place is your best bet compared to anywhere else! Bought all my appliances at affordable prices as well throughout the years. Overall, my experience with this company is great!
