The old saying "Do not judge a book by its cover" can definitely be applicable in this situation. At the store level they treat and welcome you with good customer service by offering you drinks such as gourmet coffee. Also, if you are in the market for new equipment you can make an appointment for a chef to cook your favorite dish and you can ask questions on the equipment. That is a brilliant marketing tool because they make you feel as if you are a significant customer. Once you commit and make the purchase here is where the service are no where near as the above. My experience with Pirch has been a nightmare from scheduling of delivery and installation. The delivery was such a bad experience because they sent two individuals to deliver a 900 pound refrigerator for one they could not handle the weight and they did not have the proper tools to get the refrigerator in my house. If I and a few other people working in my house were not around at the time of delivery the equipment would have never made into my house. Also, it took them about 3 hours to get the equipment in the house. The most challenging thing was that the installation team did not have the proper tools and they wasted my time and they did not installed anything. Im still awaiting for a part that was to be deliver during installation on September 11, 2015, and Im still waiting on the delivery of that part as I write this review. This means that there is a disconnect between the installation group and the rest of the Company. The installation team are less than competent and lack the training necessary to provide great service and great experience.

This has been the best company to deal with for both plumbing and appliances. Their pricing was more than competitive yet, their service AND follow up were exceptional. When we first saw the showroom and were given the full treatment, we thought their pricing would be high. Not so at all. Leon, our sales rep, was so knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy my designer, Nicolette Akiko from Studio Akiko, took me there. I strongly recommend everyone give then a chance.
