Were rude during the exam and never followed up on my contact order. When I called a few months later to check on the contacts, the person who answered the phone grumpily told me that the contacts had been there the whole time and that they had called to let me know. I never received the call or a voice mail. There was no apology and no attempt to provide customer service. I will never go back to this place for an exam and would never recommend it.

These guys are great!! I came in with a pair of sunglasses that were in desperate need of tlc. Greg and John educated me on replacement lenses, uv protection and polarization. They didnt have the exact lenses in stock, but they got them next day and I got my glasses back. They also measured the distance of my pupils to better adjust how I see out of my sun glasses. If you care about your shades, come here! Thanks guys
