What a horrible experience and no care for giving any customer service what soever. I went in on saturday on labor day weekend for kitchen cabinets. I asked ed for help he told me he was the only person there and he had a lot of quotes to work on. I decided to stip and ask for a managers assistance and met lorenzo. I gave him all the drawings and list of cabinets I needed and asked him whe. He has a chance could he have some one quote the instock hampton bay cabinets in dark color. He took copys from me my contact info ans said that next day someone will call me. 4 days went by and I calles and asked for the store manager they told me he wasnt in but jimmy would help. All jimmy did was give me bs apologies and promoses me that either lorenzo or himself willget right back to me a week went by and still false promises and no call. I went to the store looking for this store manager and lorenzo again agologizes and tells me its eds fault. But he will get it to me in 15 min. Still dont have the quote I called back today and got to ed. You know he had some nerve. He said he lost the papers and would I resend him what im looking for. Get real. I will pay more any where and the 25000 I have spent in that store last 8 years I would like to have spent somewhere else. Lost a customer for life.

Purchased $400 of porcelain tile. As the cashier counted and placed the tile in the cart, the edges were breaking off and cracking. We decided to return all of it at that point as most of it would be useless and costly if we proceeded with the install. She said "take it to customer service if you want to return it". Nice! Went to customer service for the return and the cashier repeatedly asked what the "problem" was as she would consider giving a discount if we wanted it. A discount for tile we cant use...priceless! Her nasty attitude along with the first cashier is why I will never shop at this Home Depot again. After 15 minutes of trying to get a refund, keep in mind, we hadnt left the store after the purchase, I might not shop at any Home Depot again after this experience. They took a simple purchase and turned it into an epic event. Say buy to this cash HD.

We always have a decent experience just shopping here but definitely never buy anything that has to be delivered or installed. First delivery was dreadful. Our material was in and delivery scheduled but someone sold it, nobody ever called and we had to take 2 days off completely and make 6 phone calls and a trip to the store to finally get it at 6pm on a sunday. Install went pretty well but then they were short 2 pieces that werent in stock. Spoke with customer service 2 times about it and the installers still havent contacted us after 3 weeks. The project will never ben finished and it has been nothing but a bad experience. This is a retail store only, hire real professionals, dont fall for their BS that they can do the whole job.

Great staff but i have to say with out trying to sound like a total jerk...every time i go here to refill my propane for my grill you end up waiting about 10 to 15 mins AFTER being told that someone will be out to make the exchange. I feel like if it is going to take so long to swap out a tank, then we should be able to call ahead of time and set this up so that theyre waiting for you when you get there.... I usually have alot of empathy for retail employees because i know a lot of places are downsizing their staff to save money but this really sub par

This is one of the worst Home Depots that I do business with. It isnt so bad when you know where everything is that you need and require absolutely no assistance whatsoever from the staff. If you require assistance, etc. you will wait forever and half the time you cant find anyone anyway. Dont make the mistake of calling on the phone, whatever order you place will be screwed up (most specifically, they never pull the merchandise they promise to by the time they promise).

Kudos to the guy at the paint counter this morning 4/4/17. He was being talked down to by a supervisor about his customer service in front of customers. He simply continued to do his job wth a smile in what was obviously an uncomfortable situation. If anyone needs suggestions about customer service it was the supervisor, wait til you have a bit of privacy to do critique employees. Never had a bad experience here, but this was a bit uncomfortable.

Ive never had a bad experience with the people at this store. They have always been helpful and very courteous. The staff may not be able to give you step by step instructions on how to do every project but I think that even the most novice of DIYER can look on the Internet and get all the help you need to finish any project. Remember, its a poor workman who blames his/her tools and the Home Depot people are there to sell you the tools.

This store doesnt wake up until 9:30 am. I started calling at 8:00 to place an order for some building materials for my contractors to pick up. There was no one in Building Materials until 9:30. The pro desk wasnt staffed until 9:00. and no one in Kitchen cabinets unitil 10:00 am. Hello??! Contractors start at 7:00 am. WTH? 5 phone calls later, it is 10:00 and I am still waiting to place this order. Really poor service..

Great Customer Service! They have always been helpful but today I had needed and idea on how to finish a project. Dean in building materials took the time to speak to me over the phone, at length, with great advice and some added encouragement.The knowledgeable associates make this place a Beginner to Intermediate do it yourselfers dream. People like him that genuinely enjoy helping in retail is rare these days. Keep it up.

Ive been to Home Depot locations around the country for years and not a one can compare to the excellent service that is available here. Employees are engaging, ready to help in every area from paint, plumbing, electrical and landscaping. We even make it a holiday tradition to purchase our Christmas Tree here because of the consistent service and fine selection within our price range. (5 Stars!)

Overall bad experience on two different locations. Its definitely not what they try to sell on tv. Usually youll get bad service from the employees and the manager will make up for the bad service, not in this case.

Went to rent a trailer and they wouldnt let us. They stated that since we are transporting a piano, even though it was only 3 blocks away on side roads, they couldnt allow us to rent the trailer. Very disappointed!

They had what I wanted, but when asking where to find the faucet repair section in plumbing I was asked "Why? Are you using it for a craft project". What in incredibly sexist thing to say. Im absolutely fuming.
