This store isnt for everyone. I get the impression that they already have a solid customer base of licensed plumbers and home improvement contractors and they would rather do without the novice landlords, like myself, or other amateur do-it-yourselfers. The store is too small and they simply do not have the room. If you must go, make sure you take pictures or better yet, take the old part because they do not have time to waste and the attitude is written all over their faces. So, as soon as you walk in, make sure you pull a number. I have a rental unit that is 2 minutes away but I cant stand it when people look down on me so I have decided that I would rather go to Home Depot or Menards. I have been there on several occasions to know that you will be met with a sourpuss expression or an annoyed and impatient look. No thanks!

An awesome, 1st time visit I encountered with this store! I took in an old water meter part and the pleasant gentleman took a look at my unit and asked if there was anything more i needed...he quickly found the unit and i found other components to buy for my home....I encourage a visit here...it appears to have a very good inventory set up...I SHALL RETURN.....my home projects will keep me coming back!

I am a landlord and over the years I have learned to forget the short trip to the neighborhood hardware store when it comes to plumbing. Rather than waste that time I simply hop in my truck and head straight for Crown where I am certain to find the part I need in stock with helpful staff behind the counter. Great tool selection too.

Called them looking for a part and the girl that answered was beyond unprofessional and flat out hood. She answered and put me on hold twice but with the worst attitude ever. Then the guy that answered also was rude, short and in need of customer service training. I will never ever call or shop here.

I have a old toilet (Case-1958) and was having problems with the flapper losing water that caused the water level to go down and the toilet to slightly flush, Kevin and the staff at Crowns solved my problem. Shop at Crowns first not last. Great place for plumbing. Keep up the good work.

Best store for plumbing needs. The staff can tell you what you need and how to fix anything that hooks up to water. First rate selection of specialty plumbing parts and supplies. Forget about Menards or Home Depot, this is the place - dont forget to grab a number as soon as you walk in.

Love Crown Hardware. They do have your basic hardware. It is small but if you need plumbing parts or advice this is one of two places in Milwaukee to go! Its where the plumber goes.If they dont have it no one does. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
