Great service and beyond. Always helpful, esp. the guys at the service desk in the back. Lots of "retired" tradesmen to help you find just the right item and make suggestions if you have no idea how to do it yourself. I am in there several times a week. Good "specials" too. Prices compare with the "big box" stores. Same owner has several other ACE stores in the area, so if you need a lot of something, they can have it transfered over in a day or two. Takes you back to the day when service was just the way it was, not a delight to find that some places still provide it. Of course thats the way it is in MOST stores in Elm Grove, service and people that are there to help. Come shop in "The Grove"
