Avoid this shady outfit. When approaching the end of my auto lease I was contacted by this company. They called themselves "Lease End Process." I thought I was dealing with BMWs Lease End Department, who had been contacting me also. Both answer the phone the same way: "Lease end. Can I help you?" It turned out to be Auto Showcase. Over several phone calls and several days we negotiated a purchase and financing for my car. When I received the contract and assorted paper work for signature I quickly saw the numbers were very different from those quoted - about $2,800 higher. And in the contract the Seller was named as Auto Showcase. I called and the rep Id been working with, Sarah, said someone had made a mistake in the paperwork and shed get it rectified. By this time, though, it was the last day of my lease. Suddenly I get a call from a guy named Bob (probably not a real name) - apparently Saras boss. Bob was just plain shystie, starting right off with fast talking, aggressive runaround. It was clear this Bob at Auto Showcase was going to buy my leased car from BMW and re-sell it to me at a mark-up, and hope I wouldnt notice. At no time in our discussions or their emails was Auto Showcase mentioned. So now two days after my lease expiration, I call BMW Lease End and explain. My own time-consuming experience revealed them as thoroughly dishonest. Plus they caused me to go past my lease end date. Fortunately, BMWs Lease End Dept. was reasonable and accommodating regarding that. I bought the car from them.

Omg!!! These people are awesome!!!After being turned down everywhere, I was riding down North Ave. and looked to the right and seen the shiniest cars Id ever seen. I figured I had zero chance of getting a car here because I had been turned down everywhere else and this was a luxury car dealship. Nevertheless, I figured they could only say yes or no...They said "YES" and quickly...let me walk the entire lot and picked exactly what I wanted...2014 black Chrysler 300 sport with all the bells and whistle...I couldnt believe everything flowed so easily...I used to work at a used car lot and I had never seen someone get a car so quick with no hassle...also when I bought the car that night the guy didnt have time to wash it cause they were closing ...he told be to come back the next day...well I came back 5 mths later lol...I had been getting it washed other places and it never shined like their cars...I reminded the guy of what he told me before and not only did they wash it for free but gave me a complete detail inside too...and got paint off my bumper where someone had hit he and ran me earlier....this place is exceptional...I have so many great things to say about them ito would take multiple reviews lol smh...oh and almost forgot... all the salesmen look like models too...anyway go check it out for yourself...happy shopping!

I want to start out and say about a year ago I bought a vehicle online and had a really bad experience and vowed never to do it again. Then I ran into a car at Auto Showcase of Carol Stream and kept hesitating on calling then I decided just to find out about it. My Salesmans name Is Jim and told him about the experience and he said I know you heard this before but we take a lot of pride in our dealership and our customers,. So about 3 weeks of me hesitating I finally flew out to take a look at the car. (Jim and I already agreed on a price and I put a deposit down on it. Which he said if I dont like the car I can get that back) Miles picked me up at the airport (which he was very professional) and when I got to the show room the car was really in nice condition - actually better than I thought. Jim was very professional he had the paper work done really quick. They actually took the car up and filled it up for me. and gave me hints on how to avoid the congested traffic as I went home ( I drove the car home) Road Trip !! :-) I am really happy with the car. I would definitely buy a car off of them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Please see the interaction I had with one of their representatives regarding making an offer on a 2008 saturn sky. One of the rudest responses Ive ever received to the start of a used car negotiation. The email was from Jack Delanovic. Good luck! Thanks for emailing us. My advise to you as a friend stop wasting your time with unrealistic offers like that. If your budge is $15k You need to look at the cars with 50k miles. Dont look at the kbb and thing you can buy one for $5k less then what dealer is asking for. I got $100k cars and I dont have that kind of mark up. And trust me every dealership is just like me. The one who will give you $5k discount of used car you be careful. Just saying. But if you dont mind accidents and flooded cars then I m sure you can find one. Thank you very much for taking your time and emailing us. I m not just here to sell cars I m here to give advises as well so any questions you have please feel free too email me.

Andy was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the sale and shipment of my 2010 Supercharged Jaguar XF. He went the extra mile for me when I had issues about possible rust on the chassis because it was a Northern vehicle. He had it lifted and very detailed photos were taken and emailed to me. Additional photos were also emailed at my request of certain aspects of the interior. In addition, when my inspector revealed the valet code on the car was locked, he had the care taken to the local Jaguar dealership to have it reset so all the electrical components could again be fully functional. The shipping arrangements were taken care for me at a fair price ($600 from IL to FL). The shipping company was a little delayed due to mechanical issues with the delivery truck, but none of that was to the fault of Autoshowcase1. I would recommend Andy and this dealership to family or a close friend without hesitation. BL

I bought a Cadallic Escalade from here in August 2014. They were supposed to have it shipped to me for an additional $700. Three weeks later we had to drive up 5 hours just to meet someone to pickup our vehicle. The first day getting the truck we hear noises while driving. Took it to the Cadillac dealership, it was a bad strut & it would cost us $900 to repair. I called Auto Showcase and let them know, he refused to pay for the repairs and said I would send you a check for $300 because it shouldnt cost $900 to repair the truck.(really?) Every since we purchased this vehicle until now we have poured almost $10,000 or more into it from constant problems. The vehicle also had a rusted frame which went undisclosed to us. I would never purchase another vehicle from Auto Showcase or would never recommend to anyone. You have been warned....Purchase with caution!!!

I bought a 2006 jeep grand Cherokee overland edition with a hemi, want to start of by saying the car is awesome!!! Love the HEMI and love the car overall. The people at the dealership were awesome. Jack my salesman was very professional and a HUGE help. Jack and there manager helped me out every step of the way. Jack made sure I was happy with the car and best of all there was NO PRESSURE on buying the car. Jack stood by his words and took care of the things he promised me he will. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, I will come back when its time to buy another car. Im so pleased with them that I will recommend this dealer than those big time dealers that will charge you extra only for there name. I want to say thank you to Jack and the entire team at Auto Showcase! You have a very pleased customer!!!!!
