The most awful experience I have ever had in my life. Today I walked into Bob Rohrman Kia in Schaumburg and was treated like a criminal. I am a mother of 4 kids. I work 40 hours a week and am on call 24 hours for a fire restoration company. I contacted this dealership, ran my credit and was told all I needed to do was bring in my most recent pay stubs. I walk in and meet with a gentlemen whos name I cant remember because I am so upset as I write this. He takes my information, asks for more of a down payment then I had and then disappeared. Minutes in my cell rings. It was the finance company checking into my job. Being that it was after hours it went to my cell. I told them call it back and press 1 to reach my boss directly. A few moments later a man named Jason came to me and stated, "Let me keep you from going to jail for 20 years for fraud." I was so frightened and confused I thought a joke was coming. He laid my stubs out and proceeded to arrogantly inform me that they were fraudelent. He stated he knows so because he has a side business and uses Quickbooks and "its only a dollar for direct deposit" . This all in proximity for others to hear. I was mortified. I tried explaining why the dates were as they were and he kept telling me they were fraudulent and that I can go to jail. I called my boss and attempted to reach our office accountant. I informed them I didnt care for their business but wanted to speak with the manager because I could not believe the manor in which I was being treated. Threatened with jail. Embarrassed beyond comprehension. George the GM was no help. He informed me that when the finance department "gets fake documents they get upset." No apologies, no remorse. I was in tears at that point. I am a reasonable person. I manage an office. Simply requesting additional documents or stating these stubs dated incorrectly are not acceptable would have been sufficient. To outright accuse me of fraud and treat me in that way was wrong. I drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. This dealership and management should be ashamed of themselves. Kia should be ashamed to be associated with them.

I had several problems with this KIA location. First, I scheduled a test drive and the car I wanted wasnt even available for sale. I talked with a sales associate before hand. You would think they would check to make sure the car was available before scheduling a test ride and making me drive out there. Second, I bought a different used car. There was a problem with the shocks that I wanted checked out and the sales associate said I could bring the car back for them to look at it, since the service department already left. I brought it back and they said that it will cost $70 just to look at it. This cost was not mentioned to me when he said I could bring it back. Third, I was refereed by a friend and an employee in the finance department said they would send a $100 check for referral. They only sent $50. I also asked them to replace a broken licence plate cover and they wouldnt unless I paid the $70 for inspection. These all may seem like minor issues, but it is annoying when they tell you something and then it turns out to not be true. The sales associate that sold the car was nice, but I am still not happy with this location. UPDATE: I lowered the review to 1 star because they responded to my complaint and are just annoying to deal with. Jesus tells me to come back in to get my car looked at and says to tell him what day works and then ignores my emails when I ask if a certain day works. It is also worth noting that I heard Jesus talking about me when I came back in for the check up and he was quite rude. I literally just came their and asked if I could have my car looked at for free since that was promised, they said no, and I said OK and left. I am not a difficult customer and this is my only google review of a business.

Im not sure how this dealer is getting such high stars. We have had nothing but trouble with this place from the moment of purchasing our van 5 months ago in August. Most importantly, they did not pay off our trade-in vehicle for more than a month--in fact they already sold it to a new customer before making a payment on our account. Then, they failed to pay the payoff amount. So, to this day we have a balance on a car we no longer own that is impacting both our credit and standing with our bank. 5+ months! Both my husband and I have called multiple times. He has gone to the dealer many times to get things handled and has had to make a complete nuisance of himself in order to be taken care of. Ive also emailed about getting our trade in paid off. Still the finance department cant manage to make it happen. After buying our vehicle, we immediately had over $4,000 of work to put into it. Also, they didnt detail the car initially, and it had to be brought back 2 times in order to get them to detail it. Finally, the sales department made promises that the service department was not able to accomplish--anything to get the car sold. To their credit, I believe the service department took it over to the nearby Honda dealer to get the service done. But honestly, any positive remarks are overshadowed by the complete hassle it has been to get anything done. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, and I will never purchase a vehicle from a Bob Rohrman dealer again. I will update this if they get around to paying the note on our trade in.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.I have been their client over than one and a half years. Last time I went there to change oil in my car. I have been waiting 2 hours, then the guy came and informed they had some issues (they couldnt take my car down) and he was going to give me a discount for that inconvenience. So I paid the amount 25.00 $ instead 40.00 $ and he was still waiting for me and suggesting to give me a walk to my car. He was so nice and opened the door for me. He made sure that I set in the car and left their place. I was 7 months pregnant and so exhausted after such of long time waiting. When I came home I walked around my car and found the damage and they even didnt tell me.I was shocked and felt so bad how they could do this to the people. I called them and were asking for manager David. He was busy and he never called me back. Next day I decided to go there , David was too busy again but one of the sales men took a picture of the damage and told me that David will take care of it and he will call me back for sure. David never ever called me back, I called him again and again. Finally I got in touch with him. He was aware of my situation but he didnt care. He told me that this is my problem, I found the damage at home and this is my responsibility to take care of it. I cant believe this men works as a manager, he doesnt care for a clients at all.
