I walked on right as the last employee was getting ready to lock up. I had been to Decatur to Bob Bradys Auto Mall because I had several phone calls saying I was approved w no down payment even w me explaining all my circumstances and bad credit. Needless to say I needed a co signer which they didnt tell me at all!! Anyway this employee saw how upset I was and how badly I needed to be taken care of and in a vehicle today due to major expensive fixes needed to the Cadillac. I was just about in tears. He took his time to take my info and call his boss to see if he could help me even though they were closed. He went out of his way to get the OK from his boss and to let me test drive and choose my vehicle. Not once did he rush me! He was the best customer service in sales Ive ever dealt with! He stayed over almost three hours to get me approved and in a vehicle driving it home w taxes, title and plated and two weeks of insurance on it until I get my own. He also explained all paperwork to me in detail, not rushing through anything and answering all my questions in detail! He was very very nice and not in a hurry or rushing me at all! My husband dealt with JD Byrider in Decatur and ideal auto sales in Decatur before and never got anywhere close the service i got or taken care of and worked with on payments like I was. He worked my payments down to the lowest number he possibly could helping a hundred percent so I have no worries paying g on time us he made the due exactly on my paydays so I can also have zero issues being on time. If you need a reliable vehicle with affordable payments and have poor credit ..please take my recommendation and drive the e tea miles to Champaign on MarketPlace Avenue to JD Byrider there. They guarantee they put money into every vehicle they get before they put them on the lot to sell. Mine had very very low mileage and a perfect Carfax report, which they do give you at their expense and not yours. U see it before u choose the vehicle. They also report you making on time payments to credit bureaus to help better your credit too! Id go there again in a heartbeat!

Ive never owned a car before and nobody would ever give me a chance at their dealership because I havent established much credit I constantly lost jobs due to lack of transportation so I tried J.D by riders out and the wonderful staff here made life much easier for me just by approving me for a car now I can work and wont have to worry about transportation! They were quick fair and understanding I highly recommend them.!

Do NOT purchase a car from here. Make SURE YOU REVIEW THE LAST PAGE BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT. This is where the interest rate changes to an over charged amount . Ex: a car worth 3,000 will cost you 25,000 . Review EVERY SHEET. Saving to buy a car is better than getting beat.
