After purchasing my 2015 Mazda 6 my vehicle was due to have a new windshield put in along with having some issues with the back window not rolling back up after rolling down. The day after I bought my car I brought my vehicle into Chevy, (where I purchased from) to finish signing paperwork and address the back window issue only to have my vehicle "lost". I was told to walk over to Mazda and when I did they did not know where my car was or what I was talking about. I then walked back to Chevy only to find my vehicle sitting in their service lane. I took the vehicle without having them look at the back window because what was promised to only take "a few minutes" turned into an hour. When finally leaving the dealership and driving down the highway I noticed my hood was opened and not closed properly causing me to have to pull over on the side of the highway and relatch my hood. NEEDLESS TO SAY NOT A GOOD FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! My next encounter with this dealership was when they scheduled me to bring my Mazda in to have the windshield replaced and look at the back window. I was asked to drop the vehicle off on Wednesday night so the windshield could be finished on Thursday or Friday. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was never called, I had to make all the calls in regards to what was going on with my vehicle and I did not receive my vehicle back until the following Tuesday and when I asked about the back window Mason said he forgot but will look into it. The dealership had my car for SIX days and couldnt look at the back window in the mean time of waiting on the windshield? Also, the cause of my back window problems was because of wind deflectors already on the car at the time of purchase, Mason advised I should remove the back ones in order to allow for the window to properly roll up and down and said he would speak to my salesman about getting me properly fit ones for my vehicle. I still havent received a phone call in regards to this. I will do everything in my power NOT to return to this dealership because of the absolutely AWFUL customer service I have experienced.

I went in with just the intention of test driving an Equinox, and I ended up driving away with something i liked even better! I bought a 2012 Malibu with a couple of extras. I really enjoyed my experience there with Diego Rivera and Jerry Goutos in Finance. Diego was one of the most helpful Auto Professionals that made the car hunting fun and exciting. I didnt know what i really wanted for sure but i was able to figure it once Diego guided me in through the countless choices. Jerry Goutos was excellent when helping me figure out my budget and we found exactly what I could afford with money left over. I left feeling Happy and Excited! Finally, after shopping at Mazda, Toyota, Ford, Honda, I went with A Chevrolet Malibu. Diego Rivera is a life saver in a matter of words; my old car was a bit dangerous to drive and i needed a new car. Thank You Diego for your excellent customer service, your product knowledge and your patience. I love my car and I look forward to coming back for an upgrade in the future! Thanks! James P.S. I had a factory defect that happened with the speaker and seat belt. Diego had it taken care of in the same day that had my detail package applied to the car; I definitely felt like a friend here. I recommend Diego Rivera to my friends because i have worked in Sales and Customer service and I know that Diego will help anyone in a courteous and respectful manor.

I just purchased a new vehicle from Bill Jacobs Joliet. The experience couldnt have been easier with the help from Raul Rosario Jr. This purchase of a 2011 Chevy Avalanche by far has been easiest car deal I have ever done! Raul is above and beyond helpful, he made every step of the deal as simple and quick as possible. He walked me through every aspect of my new vehicle and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered before I left the dealership. Raul an me made this deal Christmas Eve and he came in today 12/28/11 to deliver the vehicle to me on his day off!! That right there showed me that Raul was a true salesman and that Bill Jacobs Joliet cares about there customers and completes all there deals start to finish the way deals should be done. I spent a considerable amount of time researching my new car purchase. I drove from dealership to dealership test driving every car in my price range. I made an appointment with Michael Anthony to test-drive a MazdaSpeed 3; and after the test-drive, I knew that it was the car that I wanted. I had several loose ends to tie up with other dealers, and I wanted to give them a chance to counter the fantastic price that I was given by Michael. Most of the others balked at the number and wished me good luck; one dealer did EVERYTHING that they could to keep my business. In the end it was the quality of service, knowledge of the product, and the time and respect that I was given at Bill Jacobs Mazda Mitsubishi that brought me back and ultimately got me into my beautiful new car.

Frank - Dec. 13, 2011 I was just browsing for a vehicle and wandered into Bill Jacobs, Joliet, used car lot. I met with Tom and told him what my needs were and what I was looking for he showed me a couple of nice trucks but they were more than what I needed. After talking for a bit he realized what my needs were and found a perfect truck for me. Ive had the truck almost a week now and couldnt be happier, with either the truck or the service I received from all the Joliet salespeople, including Fred and the finance department.

I worked with Rick Torres. I cant blame him directly but Hawk Mazda wanted to give me 7k less than other dealerships for my car. Their reasoning was that they plan to sell my car to auction, as if that has anything to do with me. I ended up going elsewhere and not getting the car for me. I dont know how these guys sleep at night after they tried numerous times to shake hands on deals that were going to trap me in ridiculously high payments and interest. Just say no to Hawk Mazda, scam artists, lowballers, and thieves.

The staff was super friendly and professional- shout out to Rick and Troy! This was the first experience Ive had working with a dealer and it was a great one. I chose to lease a 2016 Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package, and both Rick and Troy made the process smooth and easy. They were willing to work with me so that I could stay within my budget too! The Finance Manager Joseph was also easy to work with- made all the paper signing quick and painless. Im thrilled with my new ride!
