I saw a 2008 Pontiac G8 GT for sale on Heisers website and the price looked decent, so I requested a test drive. When I got to the dealership, I made the mistake of saying I wanted to trade my car in. Even before doing a test drive, the sales rep took all of the information on my car, started appraising it and then took my car keys to test drive it. This is before even stepping foot in the car I wanted to test drive. That should be at the end of the process when and if I decided I want to move forward with the car. This isnt really an issue and I know salesman are pushy. Heres my issue with the dealership. The listing states that the car comes with 20" Camaro wheels AND the factory 18" wheels. Thats all fine, however, the 20" wheels do not clear the wheel well efficiently to drive the car. While I was test driving the car on the highway, I noticed the wheels starting to rub and the car became unsafe to drive. After the test drive was over, I told my sales rep that if the service department would put the original 18" wheels back on, I would be happy to take the car for a test drive and make a decision. I received a call today from the dealership stating that the manager could not allocate the time to put on the factory wheels, ever. Basically, the manager, through the sales rep, told me they would be keeping the unsafe 20" wheels on the car. There are plenty of these cars in the area and Im surprised that Heiser would let these unsafe conditions continue, not to mention losing a sale from what is potentially a five minute fix.

2014 Chevy Cruze oil change, tire rotation (factory scheduled maintenance). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wait time was less than an hour. Will definitely be back again for next scheduled maintenance! Also, I never received a chance to write a review about my experiencing leasing my Chevy Cruze. I was working with another dealership with a Chevy Cruze LS who would not budge on price or anything. Staff was EXTREMELY rude and while I was talking over my decision, I was told by the finance manager "my wife has dinner waiting for me at home." I left there (and will NEVER be back) and heard about Heiser from a friend and came in. I leased a Chevy Cruze LT RS edition, 1.4turbo with nearly $100 difference in payment AND putting no money down. Unlike the other dealer who was pushing me to put money down and would not budge my payment. The staff is so friendly here at Heiser and I did not feel pressured into leasing my first ever vehicle. Although, I had such a great experience, I walked out that day with my new Cruze. They are willing to take the extra step into getting you in the car you want and will do anything they can to help. My parents have purchased/leased with the other dealer for over 20 years, but after our wonderful experience with Heiser and HORRIBLE experience with the other dealer, they/or I will never be back there again. We look forward to spending many years purchasing and leasing with Heiser!

I got a good deal for the vehicle itself. My issue was the service. I went to look at a vehicle (2012 used) on a Monday. The sales rep said that he had been with the company for more than 5 years, but it couldnt have been as a sales rep. He was asking too many basic questions and needed help too often. I also didnt like how the manager and staff were treating him, talking down to him. Customers hearing that type of talk is bad taste. After putting money down to hold the vehicle there were a few scratches that I wanted touched up when we picked up the vehicle (Saturday). Should be plenty of time to take care of the scratches. We arrived at the dealership Saturday, the vehicle was not even clean, not to mention the scratches. In fact the salesman was not in that day and no one else know about the scratches. I received a we owe you slip and another salesman tried to show me how to use the vehicle (options). Thank goodness I read the manual online because he didnt show me much of anything. And again we could hear other workers bashing our salesman, which should not be done in the presence of customers. I tried calling to schedule a time to touch up the scratches, my salesman said he will call me back in 5 minutes. 3 hours later I called the body shop myself to schedule a time. This is a disorganized dealership, hopefully their craftsmanship is good. I will not be taking my car there for routine maintenance.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!! We came to Heiser Chevrolet on a Wednesday evening looking to buy a used truck we saw on their web page. Unfortunately the truck we wanted was sold the night before. A frustrating situation for us was professionally handled well by Willie & Brian as they went out of their way to help us find another truck. Who knew finding a nice affordable used truck with a cap/topper would be so difficult! They graciously explained the nuances of the used truck market. They found a truck at one of their other dealership lots and a newly traded in truck at the "reconditioning/certification" lot and brought both of them to West Allis Chevrolet lot for us to test drive on Saturday. We live in Madison and Im glad we made the trip to West Allis. Willie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Plus he had a great sense of humor and charm which helped "seal the deal". Every employee smiled and said hello, provided idle chit chat and laughed at our jokes; being treated so well made us feel like we were part of the Heiser family! The only down side to this purchase was it took a total of 4+ hours for the sale to be complete from beginning to end. The longest wait was the financing and I wished Chris would have kept us in the loop in a more timely manner. Thank you to the Heiser Chevrolet team for making my husband happy with a new truck! ~~ Jennifer

I went on AutoTrader to get a trade in value and the dealership was very helpful with accepting this price. I walked in and Jameel was so helpful, it was late Saturday night and they were closing in an hour, I felt bad but really wanted to get my wife a new car for Valentines day, they were more than willing to stay open just for us !! Jameel helped with picking out the exact car we wanted and then the New car sales manager Richard was Super cool to deal with throughout the transaction. My wife and me then went to Kristina where she went way out of her way to call some banks to get my rate to a crazy low rate, she helped us out in so many ways. I will NEVER shop at another dealership again. - They offer free carwashes for as long as you own the car which for us will be a very long time as it is a Brand new Camaro Convertible !! - Free scheduled maint. for the first two years - Bumber to Bumber 3 year, 36,000 miles warranty and 100,000 on powertrain - Offered a great price for GAP insurance as we were upside down and did not harrass us on extended warranties !! I just cant say enough about this crew, go there and I am sure you will be pleased. They do everything they can to get you in the car of your dreams and wont pressure you !!
