I had brought my volvo s80 in to get the timing belt changed as part of the regular maintenance on the vehicle and the experience seemed good at first. I had a complementery loaned vehicle and they completed the maintence promptly. I also had them make some repairs to my car that they recomended as it would save me money on the cost of labor my total came to just over $2000. Fast forward. After driving about one thousand miles or so I was filling my gas tank and while waiting I like to check my oil level and color... MY ENGINE WAS DRAINED OF MOTOR OIL! I think I would of noticed if there were a six and a half court puddle of oil under my car. Seeing that draining the oil is not necessary for the work I had paid for they did this on purpose! After replenishing my missing motor oil I had a check enging light come on, so I had it checked at my local autozone the cam shaft actuator solenoid was bad because the debris from the engine not having oil made its way to that part after I poured quarts and quarts of oil into my engine. When I called and asked about if my vehicle was under warranty they said they would have to determine if the damage was caused by them... Furthermore when I asked how much the parts would be for me to do the repair myself they would not give me the price saying they could give a quote for what it would cost for them to repair it. Not the information I wanted. Also like im gonna let the F**K who sabotaged my car work on it again yeah right. All in I spent around three hundered and fifty dollars to do the repair myself. Id say stay away from Patrick Volvo if you really do love volvos though try Northfields Volvo in my dealimgs with them they were friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional.

ZERO STARS! THEYVE HAD MY S60 FOR A MONTH. I COME TO PICK IT UP TODAY AFTER THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY WANTED TO KEEP IT AN EXTRA 2 DAYS FOR QC. PICK IT UP AND THE STEERING WHEEL IS OUT OF WHACK. THE TIRES ARE ALL LOW. NOW I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN LATER TODAY. THE MOST UNPROFFESSIONAL SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO. Then the guy were dealing with says his GM was the one that did the QC check. Is the GM blind deaf and dumb? We will NEVER bring a car back for repairs to Patrick Volvo. We will NEVER BUY AN OTHER CAR FROM patrick volvo . Unprofessional lousy work. The Enterprise employee there told me at least twice a week customers come in to drop off rental and pick up their Volvo from being repaired and end up leaving the Volvo because the repairs werent complete. Twice a week! This place is a bad joke. I bet "Patricks" personal vehicles never need to stay for an entire month and then still need additional work that wasnt completed. 7/2/15. Just got a call from the geniuses at Volvo and now my car needs to stay overnight to do an alignment. These are the DUMBEST BUNCH OF MFERS IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! UNBELIEVABLE THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AT PATRICK VOLVO! THANKS FOR RUINING OUR 4TH OF JULY WEEK!!! Now a supposed GM Don is giving us the run around. He admits he did NO quality control test drive and here it is July 3rd and still no car. These are the most inept P. O. S. collision center workers Ive ever dealt with. Over a month to do 2 weeks worth of repairs.

I would give half a star if I could. Unprofessional behavior and lack of help/communication within this dealership. I came into Patrick Volvo in order to learn more and test drive a car that was pre owned. The car was dirty. Bird feces on the windows and Patrick Volvo couldnt even clean it once before putting it in the lot. How would you expect to sell this thing. In terms of customer service, I walked into the building and only one person was there handling multiple clients at a time. Took me about 45 minutes of waiting in order to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in. Also, there was a promotion of $50 gift card for a test drive going on at the time. I was having trouble and was told by one of the sales ladies (Dorothy Victorson) that a staff member would be able to help me get that figured out. Driving out an hour to see this car and get a gift card was a complete waste. Good luck getting my business. Everyone sounded friendly over the phone, but I was treated terribly when I arrived. Is it because Im a young individual and you dont take my business seriously? Ive yet to get an answer. However, when I went to Fields Volvo, my experience was completely different. Friendly people at the door, my questions were answered, and my test drive was done right away. Ill be sure to avoid this dealership anytime in the near future.

Very disappointed with my experience with Patrick Volvo. In May 2010, I noticed a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder (a model that Ive been eyeing for some time) on the Patrick Volvo website. I spoke with a salesman who scheduled a test drive of this vehicle. I really liked the vehicle (great ride, nice interior), but I was not prepared to purchase it until my mechanic give it a look over (this was a Saturday afternoon). Since I would be out of town for business he following week, the salesperson suggested that I make a deposit (fully refundable) on the vehicle to hold it while I was out of town. I could then execute the mechanic review upon my return and decide whether Id like to purchase or not. Fast forward to the next Friday, I receive a call from the salesperson that the car has been sold to someone else while I was out of town. I have no problem with someone else seeing the vehicle and purchasing, however, I do have a MAJOR issue with being LIED TO about the purpose of my deposit. My deposit did not hold the car (as I was advised by the salesman), but rather, it held the price of the car until I returned. I feel much more comfortable knowing the truth and making my decisions based on this truth rather than being told a lie, just to secure my deposit. Needless to say, I wont be doing business with Patrick Volvo again.

If there was a way to give 10 stars, I would. Quality, personalized service seems so rare, that when you are treated to it, you want to share it with everyone. Patrick Volvos service was nothing short of stellar. Nadine could have not been more friendly, welcoming, and has a knack for learning a bit about your situation and tailoring the experience to exceed my needs. Ernie managed my service process and his poise and understanding of my financial situation (repair vs. replace) and needs led me to feel cared for and valued as a customer. His attention to every detail was superb and I always felt that my car - and I - were receiving the best possible care. Finally, the loaner car service is nothing short of unbelievable. Coming from Los Angeles, the speed and efficiency with which you handle this process should be taught to dealerships everywhere. Nadine made me feel like a VIP and that my time was as valuable to you as it is to me. Bravo - your exceptional levels of service will have me returning to Patrick Volvo for my all my Volvo needs.
