Let me just say I am not the most picky guy out here and having owned and bought several used bikes over the years ( nearly every spring since 1995) one should expect some repairs, some wear and tear and should buy with a good sense of the risk involved as no dealer can predict engine/tranny issues on used bikes, even if they have rode the bike themselves for weeks before selling. However i seen the 2006 american ironhorse LSC Black (flat) with the 280 rear with "1680 ACTUAL MIles" as advertised. I called about it and even text the salesman (of which i still retain) and he told me yes the miles were actual and that the bike was in excellent condition with a couple minor scratches. I specifically ask more than once "is it actual miles and is it a clean title with no brands" to which he replied "yes its actual and clean" so I trusted them figuring with so many ads and bikes for sale and all the over the top perfect reviews that these guys were honest. I sent my employee up with a cashiers check for 12000 to pick up the bike. It didnt look bad qwhen i first saw it at 11pm in the rain, we loaded it into the garage and a couple days went by before i really had a chance to look at it. But when i did? well lets just say i now realize why they had sent me a "sign this saying if the miles are not right we are not at fault" document. The bike clearly had 30k on it with such deep divits in the bottom engine case and a completely wore out front tire (of which he said was 60%/still have the text) left turn signal isnt working and kills the engine when you hit the signal button. head gasket blew on the very first ride and the bike is now at the shop with less than 5 miles on it since i bought it. Having owned 9 American ironhorses LSC bikes ranging from 03 thru 06 I think its fair to say i know these bikes. Did i complain? nope, im just going to fix it and move on. Did i get a 12000 bikes for 12000 bucks? hell no, i got a $6000 bike with a wore out 111 engine, wore out primary sprockets, wore out primary chain, loose triple tree, no turn signals and now blown head gaskets and i am having to put new tires on a bike that the dealer had told me "80-90% rear tread and 60-70% front tread) and what really pisses me off is how they lied, more than once about the miles and the title as the title says "discrepancy miles" when they had stated twice through text and twice on the phone that the miles were actual and the title was clear stating "actual miles" thats fraud no matter how you stack it up. What comes around goes around. If you do decide to buy a bike from ultimo its best to believe half of what they show you and none of what you hear! Jeff Johnson INDY first thing i notice,m

I was looking to buy a 2013 BMW X3 and only considering vehicles from dealerships such as BMW, Lexus, Audi etc. I was somewhat apprehensive on purchasing a pre-owned vehicle not from a new car dealership. I saw online at Ultimo Motorsports a 2013 BMW X3 that fit my requirements regarding price, equipment and mileage. I went to Ultimo Motorsports to see the car which was barely distinguishable from new except for the miles on the odometer. I purchased the vehicle that day. About a week later I noticed at the morning startup exhaust from the tail pipe. It would last about 10 seconds. I thought it may or may not be serious. I would keep an eye on it. Each morning over the next five days I made a 20 second video of the exhaust and each passing day started to feel that this might not be just condensation. I called Ultimo and spoke with Scott Rothermel, Sales Manager and emailed the video. He called me back shortly thereafter and told me to bring the car in. At the dealership Scott accessed the situation, called the BMW dealer who picked up the car while I was still there. I was given a nice loaner and called by the end of the day with the analysis. It was a leak in the turbocharger and the turbocharger would need to be replaced. Not an inexpensive proposition. BMW order the turbocharger, replaced it and did a full diagnostic on the car. Ultimo covered the entire cost. For me the most important quality of any company is service after the sale. I bought the car and a problem occurred. Things happen. What’s important is they backed their product. Ultimo Motorsport, Scott Rothermel and Doris Ghaben lived up to my belief in service after the sale and I appreciated the professionalism I was accorded. After my experience, I am very comfortable in recommending them to my family and closest friends.

Not a good experience to say the least. We drove 3 1/2 hours to meet Michael who confirmed our appointment. When we arrived Frank told us it was his day off. Should have told us something ! We purchased a Porsche 911 and they agreed to repair a few minor issues including a scuff on the passenger door and then arrange freight to our home. When the car arrived the scuff had been obviously repaired by someone who knew noting about using a buffing wheel and had cut through the paint into the metal. It would seem someone from the dealership would have looked at the car before it was loaded ? We notified Frank and he said they had a "local" shop who would repaint the door only at some low price if we took the car to them which would require two cars to get home. Additionally we noticed at highway speeds there was a noise in the back of the car and after taking the car to the local Porsche dealer they noted the rear tires were on backwards ! The door repair required repainting much of the passenger side of the car and finally was authorized to be done at the local Porsche body shop again requiring moving the car back and forth. During this time we did not get the title paperwork after four weeks and called Frank. He said it was in and would arrive in a few days which came and went. I again called him as he would never call us and complained and was transferred to the "title" person who said they never applied for a new title. I called Frank again and sent E mails and then he would not reply to any e mails or calls and had the owner of the dealership call who said they would approve repair costs and send over a dealer plate as our temporary tag expired which was done. All in all we would NEVER purchase another car from this company and regret the purchase after all the headaches.

Bought a 2011 BMW 535i with 48k miles on it. Next day a warning appears to replace the battery, no big deal, batteries wear out. So I forked over the few hundred to replace the battery. Having barely had to car about a month, the transmission begins shifting very hard and goes out. Thankfully BMW helped out a great deal on the cost and I was left still with a near $700 repair bill. I reached out at least 4 times to manager Sean and at first it was pretty much a no, then hed "check with his corporate office again, but they arent obliged to do anything". I even only asked to split the cost with me.. not even fully cover it. At this point Im guessing the lack of returned calls means they arent going help at all. To top it off I was told when I flew in from two states away theyd give me a ride. Night before they say sorry, they are short handed and Ill have to get a cab. They came out once I had already paid the fare. Was told theyd send me the $50 back in the mail, surprise, got nothing.. Quite a bummer to spend $1,000 on a car before I even got the paper plates off..
