Ive had my business for about a year now and know what sells and what doesnt. Im looking forward particular items so Im looking around for sourcing options. I was told that Costco was a better option for business members and that I should get a Costco membership because they pay their employees better and blah blah blah. I saw they had some stuff online that Ive been trying to get ahold of at Sams Club. I came in as a motivated buyer but wanted to verify that they had the items I was searching for. I came to Costco, and their selection for resell items its ridiculously small. Its so small its a joke to even consider this Costco to be a viable option for business owners. Sams Club drink selection is 4 times bigger than Costco. And the snacks were a pity. They had one row of chips in the middle of the isle, it didnt even have its own place. But the hotdogs and sundaes are amazing, so you get a star for that.

Todo esta bien por que puedes ver muchas cosas, como por hejemplo televisiones ropas y comidas todo esta de maravilla, sólo hay una cosa que deverian de bajar un poco el presio por las membresias, por que a pesar uno hace compras de lo que hay en costco. Para mi calificar la tienda costco yo le doy tres estrellas. Pero me gusta costco para la otra le doy buena calificación si bajan el precio a la membresia, pero todo modos es muy buena tienda.

This is the most convenient Costco store Ive shopped in. The parking is well organized, and so is the inside. Ive gotten to know a number of the employees by name, and they are so friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented. I can buy most products I need (except for my favorite cereal, Ancient Grains - so sad, I have to go to other Costco stores). I also buy all my gas at the Pacoima Costco. It is busy but much less crowded than other Costco stores. They quickly open new registers if the lines become long, and I am often the second or third in line (sometimes first). I have always had a good experience shopping here, for over two years now. Thanks!

I really enjoy coming to this Costco location because of few reasons: ● The first one is the parking lot, its huge and youll always find an empty space because they share the parking lot with Lowes and Best Buy. ● Second, the stores mentioned above are my favorites. ● Third, compared to other locations this one its not as crowded as bad as others can be. ● Last but not least, good customer service and cashiers are really fast. Yes we know, its Pacoima and a lot of people avoids this area because of the Citys bad reputation, but a least give it a try and trust me on this one.

A coworker of mine owed me some money but didnt have cash to pay me back at the moment so instead we went to this Costco and he was going to pay for my groceries instead. After a 10 min wait in line (since they never have enough registers open which almost makes you feel like they are doing you a favor by charging you) we were told by the cashier named Joseph that the member is the one who has to pay. Now we have to run to the bank and use an ATM and then come back and wait in line for the second time-- the dumbest way to treat a customer ever, Joseph!

Many aisles in constant dissarray. Pallets of product organized willy nilly. Does Management ignore the basics of product placement? Or are they so overwhelmed by the sheer amount of products that cant or wont change the layout. Maybe corporate can send am analyst and figure it out. Then there are logjams at or near the food court. People lacking common sense I get. What I dont understand is a dedicated employee roaming the store looking for these and other obstacles (kids, trash, etc.) That make for a very trying experience.

On April 26, 2016, my car was broken-in around 11am at Costco parking. I was in the Costco less than half hour and my car door handle was broken apart. Nobody saw and heard anything. There is no Camera around costco. I lost my computer bag: Lenovo 17inch laptop and samsung Tab S2 64g Tablet. Costco said they are not responsible for theft in the parking lot. This costco needs more security and camera around the parking lot. I am very disappointed with this Costco

I think most of us know that this superstore operates on a membership basis. The presumption is that the goods people buy hwre are cheapest because they are already paying much in terms of membership fees and much of the stuffs are bought in bulk. Maybe true on some items but in this age of the Internet one may be able to find lower costs for certain items. That doesnt apply to certain things, however, such as gasoline which certainly eBay or Amazon dont carry.

Yearly Membership is required to shop here but that doesnt compare to being able to buying in bulk and saving some serious money as well as trips to the grocery store. The costco gas is way cheaper than any gas station around which will also save you money in the bank. The lines for inside are usually really fast and the same goes for the line at the pump. expect at most a 12 min wait but usually a lot faster.

I Like This Store, BUT It Doesnt Have The Products I Like Consistently... Mainly "Pelegrino Sparkling Mineral Water" In Bottles By The Case.. I Go Here To Shop, And Immediately To Where The Water Is.. If Its Not Stocked, I Leave... Its Happening More & More Frequently Here... Having To Go To Van Nuys Costco Or The One Near Nordoff St... Commonsense Would Be To Order More Product If Its Selling Fast???

Costco is not what it used to be. I been a member from 1989, and the customer service is getting worse every year. the products are lacking quality. I just buy items that I cannot get from any another place. I am spending quarter of what I use to with them. I hope management can see the review and do something. I used to love going to Costco, now it is a horrible and nerve wrecking experience.

This Costco opened around 3 years ago along with Lowes and Bets Buy on the same plaza. The store is uber clean. There are no crowds, no huge lines either at the check out, nor at the gas pump WITH THE EXCEPTION of Saturday and Sunday...naturally. But even then, the crowds are much less dense compared to other Costco locations. And there is always plenty of parking.

I LIKE THIS COSTCO CLOSE TO HOME, BUT A COUPLE OF MONTHS WE WERE IN THERE AND THIS GUY POINTED AT A HUGE RAT THAT CAME FROM THE TIRE AREA CLIMB UP ON THE TOP PIPES ABOVE US AS WE ALL WATCHED HIM GO TOWARDS THE RESTROOM AREA I WAS SO SHOCKED BY THE TIME I BROUGHT MY PHONE OUT TO RECORD HIM I ONLY GOT TO SEE HIM AS HE DISAPPEARED I HOPE THIS IS NOT A ONGOING THING : !
