I AM SO STUNNED BY COSTCO, NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH TROUBLE AND NO HELP, NO SOLUTION WITH THIS COMPANY...IT HAS NOW COST AN EXTRA $720 TO HAVE GUYS STAND AROUND WAITING FOR THE OUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED. We ordered 3 Desks, showed delivery for 1/11/2017, did not arrive. I called to check on delivery since we had hired 2 guys to come in and put the desks together. Had to pay the guys for standing around the first day. I was told they would be delivered 11/12/2017, again paid another day of labor for the guys to stand around, desks did not arrive! I was told now that it is a 3rd party vendor and the NEW DELIVERY DATE is 1/26/2017. 1/26/2017- I called and they are now showing the order was cancelled! This is day 3 of paying guys to do nothing thanks to COSTCO misinformation! Today I am told by Ira, that it shows that the order was CANCELLED and they have no way of knowing when the desks will be delivered because the desks are sold by a 3rd party! I AM SO STUNNED BY COSTCO, NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH TROUBLE AND NO HELP, NO SOLUTION WITH THIS COMPANY...IT HAS NOW COST AN EXTRA $720 TO HAVE GUYS STAND AROUND WAITING FOR THE DESKS TO BE DELIVERED. Now: apparently the order was placed by mistake, everything has to be canceled and we have to re-order...What a mess this has become

I am a regular customer at this costco. Ever since it opened a few years ago, I have shopped here at least once a week if not more.I am so dependent on this costco that sometimes I think how did I survive when it wasnt there. Last week I was treated like a criminal by one of their supervisor named Fernando. My wife and I share the same account number. Accidentally ,I took my wifes card for shopping. This supervisor did not let me do the shopping and he grabbed the shopping cart from me. Although I explained him that both my wife and I share the same card(account number). I made the trip from San Fernando Valley and had to come back empty handed for our store in the Valley. I was humiliated twice in front of the cashiers that I dont how I can face those cashiers again.

One of my favorite CostCo stores because its specifically aimed at wholesale/commercial buyers. No whole families with kids wandering around doing lunch courtesy of the samples, no aisles blocked with shoeboxes, etc. Much quieter. The walk-in cold food locker (jackets hanging outside for customers) is huge, the bulk frozen area the same. Theres a huge restaurant supply area in the front and the middle is all about cases of drinks. Easy parking, no crowds inside, fast checkout.

This is the best Costco, but dont tell anyone. Its always pretty empty, unlike the full-store madhouses everywhere else. They have a somewhat limited selection of products, and theres no alcohol section (or not one that I could find, anyway), but they have most of what I need usually. Even if they dont have what Im looking for, I can always use their gas station and feel like it was a productive trip anyway.

its a business center so you cant expect to find everything you find at any other Costco. but the food court if outside and dont need a membership to eat there. the food is so delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. you get the bang for your buck at Costco, if buying a 100 pack of pens, a new swivel chair, or just passing by to get a 69 cent fountain drink at the food court.

Produce here is usually better than the one in Norwalk. Problem is it took over 15 minutes to get my change back. I gave them 103.64 for an 18.64 purchase and I waited over 15 minutes for them to realize they messed up. I dont think it should be that hard to remember they dealt with a hundred dollar bill.

Ive taking my infant grandson with me 98% of the time when I go and unfortunately I cant take him into the big freezer due to freezing temperatures. Costco employees are always willing to go in there for me with my list and cart while I wait outside to the side of the freezer with grandson.

Low prices, Amazing Quality, Great Return Policy and Wonderful staff. Great place to shop! Better than the other costco in montebello thats for sure! And this one has a gas station. Sadly they close earlier than most Costcos however they open extremely early! Great place!

The Costco is geared towards businesses. Everything you would need for your office, restaurant, etc. This Costco is simple amazing. There are no lines and parking is really easy. It has many things that you would not normally find at the regular Costco. Check it out!

Whenever Im in the mood for pizza or a great deal on a hotdog combo meal I come here. Costcos pizza is cheap (price) and delicious. For $1.50+tax you get a hotdog and a medium drink, cant go wrong with that! A quick and dirty fix for your lunch cravings.

Long story short we bought a few things for our home while we were remodling.. Didnt turn out to be exactly what we wanted.. They took it back with no questions asked after 3 weeks of usage! .. Thanks Costco! Best return policy!!! Fair Prices!

Its a business center so the inventory is a little different. Geared more to businesses than homes. Gas station for members. Lines are a little shorter than a normal store. Good outdoor food court. Smiling happy Costco people.

I love this costco because it is usually not busy and also its perfect for parties as a regular person and not a business owner because it has everything that you need from party plates utensils serving trays and to-go boxes.

Do expect a different shopping experience at the Costco Business Center. Catered more to the restraunt supply chain. A different selection of items though that you normally do not find in the consumer Costcos.

Printing center is grossly overpriced, especially for large format vinyl banners (100-150% markup compared to other vendors). Do comparison shop at professional large format printing houses before settling.

Exactly what the name says. "Business center" so dont expect to find all the good stuff you find at regular Costcos. It does have a food court though. Food there is really good and a perfect price.

So much less crowded than the other COSTCO locations in the area. The gas lines are much more reasonable. The meat selection is great but the food section isnt as large as other locations.

They have nice selection. Not much baked goods or breads. They have a restaurant which I didnt see in other business centers and a gas station. It was not crowded when we were there 4-5 pm
