Most staff we ok but every time i go theres a lady that always always always gives me rude looks and watches me like im doing something wrong and all i do is look at the selections of pet food for my pets i have turtles fish birds a snake dogs cats and a hamster of course Im going to be a minute in a store if she is really that worried about what im doing why not just ask me to leave instead of acting like im doing something im not supposed to and shooting dirty looks i forgot my wallet one time she ran out the door after me and when she seen me come back she turned around and acted like i didnt see her ......peoples ignorance today is something else

I had returned a product that did not work. The cashier was rude. She told me I did not use it properly, even though the entire product was used and I told her I followed mfg directions. Later, I approached her and asked if I could get help with the fish backgrounds. She said "I cant help you. There are people in the fish department. You need to find them for help. If you cant find somebody I can try." All I wanted was for her to page somebody but she was rude multiple times to me! I would expect this from a teenager but not from an elderly woman. I will not be back!!

Waited 20 minutes at fish wall there was another lady waited 35 minutes had them page for someone twice finally asked for a manager and when he can he was a real jerk did not even say sorry for ur wait how can I help u just walked up and looked at us. I willl not go back to that store I will go somewhere where the worker treat u better

Really disappointed with this store dont sell any birds or I hand raised healthy love but you will not even but some from me you only select few birds that ashame toy cost to much and there are not many choice s cages for birds arent many thing need to change or you will be close ing your store s how sad rate poor service

Good selection. I usually visit this store when Im shopping for my hermit crab tank or shampoo and medication for my small dogs, I find the prices pretty low here. A lot of the pet clothes and accessories are higher than other pet stores in the area.

I enjoy this place because they have what I need and its never busy. The prices are on par with the bigger places as well so youll spend the same amount of money.

We have our Rottweiler groomed here. Becky B is the bomb! She is always so excited to see our dog and our dog is so excited to see her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
