I bought 2012 Nissan Rougue from ACE Car almost 3 month back , Let me share my experience - After looking at car Initially I thought should I buy it or not with dealer who is not like big nissan dealer , which in turns can provide more assurance , but that is not true , My car search experience reveal loop hole with dealers also . and most of them will push 2 to 3 k extra for additional kit. Finally decision was to make of investment in a used car with a unknown dealer . But Mr Peter Shim have been so co operative , he allowed us to take the car for checkup , we spend 5 hours on vehicle inspection , though there was little rust found but other hand we are not buying new car. Only thing , this were not hampering on functioning of car. Remember Mr Peter Shim dont do bargain still I got best deal from him which no one can offer. Car tires were new, car was almost like new , there was no problem reported till today , it is running smoothly . Mr Peter Shim is very nice person , he has good experience in car industry , initially he look little rude, but he is not , actually he is straight in dealing with customer , and good from heart. he took care of everything regarding vehicle sales . I must say it was very good experience dealing with him. Thanks you Mr Peter Shim.

Be careful of hidden damage, not bring forth coming on issues and shoddy repairs. Business never made attempt to correct the issues. Problems only came about after further evaluation of the vehicle. Was never informed about the vehicle being repainted. Toyota dealership just checked the under body of the vehicle. Per BBB Dallas "THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED Ace Car Sales" "Ace Car Sales is not BBB Accredited". Business has C+ rating. Factors that lowered Ace Car Sales rating include: Failure to respond to one complaint filed against business.

Most horrible customer service I have ever encountered. I called them to check on a vehicle and my call droped off. Some guy with an accent left me a voicemail cussing and yelling. When I called back and explained the situation, he was too embarrased and hung up. They just lost a potential sale.

I really dont know what to say. After waiting for 3 hours for some one to respond, a guy with accent picked up the phone yelling at me why I would not answer!!!! They lost a potential buyer because of this representative who could not even talk English properly.
