First off, I HATE leaving negative reviews but this is literally the last recourse I have and I hope NO ONE has to deal with this shop the way Ive had to deal with it. Glad to see some others with good experience with these guys. Jeeps are awesome! :-) My experience... Ive had nothing but problems from sales to service to buying a lemon to needing to hire a lawyer to being lied to, stole from, abandoned, and left to rot being ripped off by this dealership and Chrysler Corp for 2 YEARS!!! So much wasted time and money I can never possibly explain or get it all down on one review. After a legal battle, losing about $5K, more than a year of my life going unto that damn place sometimes as much as 3 times a week to be met with apathetic people who had more interest in calling me a liar than helping me correct a problem with the $45K dollar car I bought from them, I finally hired a lawyer and magically they were able to prove my car was indeed the lemon I said it was. After finally going through the grueling process of doing a buy back (that cost me about $3K just for that), I was able to get a good car but, they still have not transferred my extended warranty and service package to my new vehicle and its been 9 months. So its still going on 2 years later. Ive went in to the shop and called multiple times and no one seems to care because its not a deal that makes them money anymore. Theyll hustle to help you if its a new deal but service after that is not just non existent, its almost like youre putting them out and they actively try to let you know that they have your money now and that all they care about. And Im talking about new car sales with their higher end cars. Once they get your money, youre a nuance and a pain to them. Im out almost 2 years of stress filled, time wasted life, about $5K in cash out of my pocket, didnt get what I paid for (they basically stole from me), and countless hours of lost wages from having to go in there so much to deal with all of the problems. I love my Jeep but I cannot recommend this shop. If youre looking for a Jeep, I say absolutely get one and pray it doesnt have problems. Theyre awesome rigs. But go to the shop in Frisco or even Bonham because from my experience, if you have ANY kind of problems with this place, its going to end up being VERY expensive in time, stress, frustration, and money and who knows of will ever get resolved. Time for me to eat my losses and move on because every time I try to get a resolution, it just ends up costing me more than its worth. Its caused so much stress, I woke up at 445 this morning thinking about it and trying to figure out how to make it right (when they should be the ones doing that) and in thE end, they win. Im too tired and worn out to keep trying. Moving on hoping this review will at least inform people and keep them aware if they choose to work with this shop or convince them of the better option of going to a different shop all together.

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My husband and I went in and off the bat told the salesman what we were looking for and our budget and that I was already approved for a loan by my bank. (we were trying to make this process as easy as possible) They proceed to have me test drive a jeep that was a little out of my price range but knowing my budget I thought they would "work" with us. We looked at their website on our phones to see what the internet price was..not knowing this the salesman told us it was $3,000 more than the internet price..when we made him aware of this he ran to the finance manager and they changed the price telling us it was a mistake online and it really shouldve been quoted at $3,000 more online but that they would honor it..uhmm..yea..ok..It was still a bit out of my price range and they asked if they could run my credit even though I already had an approval to see if they could get me a better interest rate(and the interest rate I already had was pretty good) since they work with 40 banks..I figured it couldnt hurt...they came back saying the lowest interest rate they could get for me was double mine!!!??? And on top of that they WOULD NOT budge on the price..asking if I could get an extra $2000 overnight and it was a deal..NO WAY! The Finance Manager was speaking to me like I was stupid! He just kept throwing out numbers and percentages..luckily my husband works with numbers and computers and kept correcting him..Both the salesman and Mgr. kept saying to eachother.."she thinks shes going to get a jeep or suv with her loan".. I had a nice amount loan and told them I had seen plenty of jeeps and suvs in my price range that were only 2 years old with low mileage. They then tried to get us to look at an avenger theyve had sitting on their lot for over a mth. saying its a big sedan..thats not what I want! We left and before I even got home(5 min. away from dealership) The mgr called me saying if I come back with $1300 instead of $2000 its mine.. I told him I would call him back.. I never did. I say all this to say... The next day we went to BOB TOMES FORD (right next door) and the experience was NIGHT AND DAY! what a great experience there!!! They listened to me..spoke to me like the 27 y.o adult I am..not a five year old AND were able to get me a loan at an interest rate 1% less than I had gotten approved from, from my own bank! They really worked with us and helped me get the price down so im paying less than I was even expecting! Now Im driving a beautiful marroon 2012 Jeep with 30,000miles SORRY FOR THE LONG POST BUT I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! GO TO FORD RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!

I took in my truck in because Dodge had sent me a notice saying the pinion nut on it had been recalled. The dealership informed me that they had no loaner cars available so they took me to enterprise. I was told we wouldnt have to pay anything that dodge would pay for rental but when I got to Enterprise (which was excellent in their customer service) they wanted a $50 deposit. I dont have that until tomorrow, which is payday. So they told me I was basically out of luck and took me back to the dealership to get a ride home. They said it would be 40 minutes until the shuttle came back and I had been dealing with it at that point for an hour and a half. I normally would not have minded waiting but I was lugging around a car seat and my four year old who was still in her pjs and hungry (I only thought this whole process would be 20 minutes at the most). I asked to talk to a manager and he came out and basically told me I would have to wait or get me truck back and was very rude. I told him I had only received bad service since I got there and he told me the bad service was self imposed and he could not do anything. I asked to talk to someone above him and he said he was it. As he walked back I called him a bad name under my breath and rolled my eyes. When my truck arrived he did not even help me out to the car and got about a foot from my face and started telling me again how the bad service was self imposed and how he had felt attacked because I had been cussing him and his receptionists out (I had muttered something under my breath two times and tried to apologize for calling him a name and that I was upset and he kept interrupting me). I tried to leave two times and he kept talking and I was crying at this point trying to apologize. He said it was not his fault I did not have a credit card and could not get one and that he was not going to rent a car for me and all the loaner cars were out. He then asked if I had bought my Dodge from them and when I said no he asked, "Then why should I even give you a loaner car?". I have NEVER felt this attacked by a manager in my life. I left the car dealership very shaken and crying.
