During a recent business trip to Dallas I visited a couple of used vehicle dealers in the Carrollton Texas vicinity in search of a Hummer H2. After several disappointing encounters with what I call "warehouse sellers", I decided to venture a little further and drove over to the Park Place Jaguar Plano dealership. What an amazing difference in class and style! I was blessed to have a very professional sales person, Mr. Caleb Hernandez, assist me with my review of the H2. Caleb was very knowledgeable about the H2 and was able to explain the vehicle features. After the test drive I asked if I could perform a detailed inspection on the vehicle and to my pleasure, not only was I allowed to inspect the H2, (it is important to note that the "warehouse sellers" were basically offended that I wanted to inspect the vehicle and even mentioned that they typically escort people like me off site), Caleb arranged for the vehicle to be put inside one of their air conditioned show rooms. I spent nearly three hours inspecting the vehicle (which I recommend for any pre-owned vehicle purchase) and was very pleased at the condition of the H2. Jaguar Plano did an outstanding job of servicing the vehicle and preparing it for sale. The vehicle pricing was very fair and in line with market values. The purchase paperwork process took only about 30 minutes and Mr. Taylor Garrett did a fantastic job explaining all of necessary details. Being from out of town I needed to arrange a transport truck to pick up the vehicle and Caleb made sure that process went smooth offering to secure the vehicle for a couple of days until the transport showed up. Communication is so important and Caleb was on the spot with responding to email and text messages. I am very impressed with Jaguar Plano and even though I was not purchasing a brand new Jaguar, I felt like I received best-in-class customer service including the post-purchase follow up by Mr. Mike Cuzzo, General Manager. Great Job Caleb! And Great Job Jaguar Plano team.

I have been looking at replacing my Infiniti G37 and going back to Jaguar. I drove an S Type for 7 years loving every minute of it. My wife and I stopped by the dealership on a Saturday afternoon just to look at new 2012 XFs. The dealership was VERY BUSY. We were surprised as to just how busy they were. I was thinking I should have called ahead. However, Steve Lester came over and introduced himself to us and said that he would be right with us as soon as he took care of another couple. We didnt have to wait long. He asked me what I was looking for and he then took us out to look at a couple of cars and then let us drive an XF to see if I liked the ride and feel of the car. After returning to the dealership he had already pulled up my information from their system and worked up some numbers for us to look at. He had trade in information for my G37, we just needed to agree on a trade in value. We didnt jump right then, instead going home to think it over. After more research I felt I was getting a good deal on the car and trade and decided to make the purchase that Monday morning. Steve and I agreed on a meet time. It only took us 30 minutes to do the paperwork and then Steve took time to review all the features of the car, all while he had another customer waiting to take delivery on his new car. Steve did not rush me and answered every question I had. Since my purchase I have received several emails and calls from him wanting to know if I was happy with my purchase. Indeed I am! My wife and I had been searching for a new car for nearly two weeks. It was very frustrating pulling on different car lots and seeing the sales consultants sitting in their big beautiful offices behind the tinted windows twiddling their fingers without coming to greet us. Time after time we had to enter the building and go to the receptionist to have a sales person paged. However, on May 16, 2012 our frustration came to an end after visiting Park Place Jaguar. It was a warm and inviting experience from the moment we pulled on the sales lot, until the moment we drove off in our beautiful new Jaguar XF. We were greeted by sales consultant Will Haynes before we could even open our car door. Mr. Haynes asked if he could help us find a car. I handed him a paper with the car I was interested in and immediately he pointed it out and walk us to it. He asked would we like to test drive it and we said yes. He pulled the keys out of his pocket and unlocked the doors for us to inspect. Soon after, we were headed down the road! I would like to commend Will and Park Place Jaguar for a job well done. A buyer can find a good salesman every day, but a great salesman like Will is hard to come by. Will, thank you for making our entire experience at Park Place Jaguar a joy to remember!!!! Id been looking for a 05-08 Lotus Elise for nearly two years now. Given my location, it wasnt easy for me find one I liked in a location close enough for me to visit. When this Elise popped up at the Park Place Jaguar Plano, I called Brad whos contact info was on the eBay ad. It was really smooth from then on. I set-up a time to visit them that weekend, actually drove through some thunderstorms to get there! Every thing was set and ready for the test drive. They had the car under bright lights that would bring out any imperfections etc. I had a friend with me- 2nd pair of eyes, and someone with more experience with exotics. The car was in exceptional condition, not just for one that is 6 years old-- but by any standards. There was no pressure from Brad, no hassle, and no haggling-- and I am someone who is very sensitive to being "sold anything". Id already made an offer of what I considered a fair price even before my visit-- I was going to drive 4hrs to get there. Brad had everything ready to go, including the paperwork. In fact I shopped for financing with them and my local credit unions, and they gave me an APR on par with my local CU. So I was able to simplify the entire buying process. I look forward to a continued relationship with them, both sales and service. Although I doubt Ill get bored with the Elise any time soon to look for something else!

Due to my familiarity with the car purchases, I tend to have a high bar when it comes to the car dealer sale experience. I usually try to cut right to the chase and have my valuation and financing homework done before hand. I was looking for a 2013 Land Rover LR4 with low miles. I had been to the Frisco & Dallas Land Rover dealers and neither of them did anything to win my business. When I found one at Park Place Jaguar, I wasnt sure what to expect there but I must say the experience was an absolute pleasure. I went in during lunch, was greeted by Caleb Hernandez, told him what I was there for and he was super easy to work with. No cheezy pressure, treated me like it wasnt my first car purchase. Told him I was just there to get some info as the car was for my wife. He didnt pressure me, was just was there to help. I felt good about it so I sent my wife over and she drove the car. We purchased it the next day. The closing process was extremely easy. I came in the next day, electronically confirmed the deal terms with a signature on an iPad, signed the rest of the docs and was out of there in under an hour. They clearly have stepped back and assessed the end-to-end buyer experience, paying attention to each detail to achieve a pleasant experience from staff interaction, purchase process and follow up. Very well done.
