See other one star reviews. Cars here are almost entirely auction-purchased hunks of junk, so if youre willing to play roulette give it a spin - be warned that there are a lot of lemons in the chamber though, and Amal cannot be bothered to help you figure out the good from the bad (in fact they try to gloss over and sugar coat issues). I had several calls with sales staff who were "transparent" about the as-is condition of the vehicle, enough to lure me to fly in to see it from out of state. The vehicle was dead on arrival, a true non-starter. Test drive revealed suspension issues and a hint of transmission problems to come. Thankfully I was able to take it to a nearby shop for a pre-sale inspection (please spend the $50 to do this for your sake!) - this was my saving grace. After finding out that the suspension needed to be replaced, transmission would need major work, charging unit would need revitalization (it was a hybrid), a/c would need some love, roof liner would need to be completely re-done, and alignment was out, it was an easy decision to walk away. Shabbir and Mona were helpful and courteous but woefully unknowledgeable about the vehicle (at least I hope it was ignorance or else their character is more suspect than I would like to believe). The facilities were a disgrace and if I werent a strong athletic male I would have felt extremely unsafe. Seems like some entrepreneur thought it would be a good idea to start a sketchy company with as little overhead as possible (sketchy warehouse and sales office, furnishing that would give any interior designer nightmares, cheap and chintsy at every level) and cut as many corners as possible to maximize profit. Clearly this company is about profits alone and could care less about the buying experience of customers or even about its staffs well-being. As a result this company will slowly self-destruct due to unsustainable business practices and not putting customers first or even as a priority. There may be a positive buying experience out there for someone, but it will be a statistical anomaly. My advice is to stay as far away as possible. Spend a little more for peace of mind and a better buying experience!

Absolutely Terrible. My husband traded his car in and the entire experience has been a nightmare. The evening he bought it he drove all the way home before he realized they didnt give him any temp tags. He texted and said they would email them. My husband leaves for work at 6am and we had to stay up late to print them and put them on the car because the guy didnt email them until about 11pm. The next day he went in to get a belt changed and get his temp tags.....AGAIN they forgot to give them to him! The sales person, of course, told him there was nothing wrong with that car. Within 24 hours the check engine light was on, we found out it needed new sensors and a clutch. My husband texted and called many times to no avail. He finally got the number to the GM and Owner, he left a detailed message for them everyday for 3 days and was promised one of them would call, of course no one ever called. My husband desperately wanted to just trade cars back but 7 days after this all started he learned that his old car had been sold. I know that legally they dont have to do anything for him because he bought the car AS IS....but this place is filled will lies and incompetence!!! From the mechanics, to the sales, the finance guys....all the way up to the GM and Owner. RUN

if I could rate them a 0 i would, Yeah its easy to get a car from them but make sure to bring a Mechanic because they will tell you " we sell cars, not fix them" even though they told me they would fix it. they out new brakes on but DID NOT BLEED THEM, WHICH PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER!! i CALLED TO FIGURE OUT WHEN MY PLATES ARE COMING BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL AND MY PAPER ONE WAS EXPIRING. THEY SAID THEY HAD THEM 2 MONTHS AGO!! I NEVER GOT A CALL IN FACT I SPOKE WITH THEM ON THAT DAY TO FIGURE OUT WHY MY BRAKES STILL GO DOWN TO THE FLOOR.!!! BUT THEY COULDNT EVEN TELL ME MY PLATES WERE IN ON THAT DAY . *****DO NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ITS A RIP OFF AND ONLY FOR A YEAR BUT YOU PAY LONGER THAN A YEAR TO NOT EVEN GET MAINTENANCE FOR THE TIME YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT. **** MY FIRST TIME PURCHASING A CAR AND THEY ARE THE WORSE!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND EXTRA..tHEY REFUSED TO LOOK AT WHY MY TRUCK WAS STARTING FUNNY AND TOLD ME TO GO TO ANOTHER MECHANIC BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT!!!!! 2 times I have come to this place interested in 1 car. Both times have been a bust... the first time I told him I was interested and after he asked me how much I could put down, and I told him I would rather not have to put anything down but can if required (keep in mind this car is under 4k), he immediately lost interest and left me standing by the car with the excuse that he had another customer up front. Unperturbed I went and looked inside and outside the car and even start it up. But then 25 minutes later I still found myself sitting there alone in the car. Slightly pissed off I left for work. Then came back today which is Monday November 28th, after looking up directions to the store to see what time they were open so I can find out but they have not updated their information and theyre actually closed on Mondays. Update your dang info people and treat people with respect or else youll find yourself out of business.. that simple

This company and Xclusive Auto are owned by the same person. I bought a 98 Mercury from them in 2013 I over paid for the SUV. They refused to issue my plates saying I owe money etc. I said nope I owe nothing because this SUV is having issues. I got pulled over because my paper plate was fraud and I ended up getimg a ticket for it. I have alien on my title ab d they refuse to give to me 3 yrs later so I can sale my truck. Its registered to me etc. This company has every excuse in the book on why they cant do this and that. My thing is not to many people are going to say the same thing about your sorry service. Just admit you all suck and money hungry

This is the worst place to buy a car. it should be the last store you want to check on earth. They sold me a nightmare for 4k$ and they didnt take it back just the day after that. I had to fixed everything with 3k $ of my own credit. I went there and told them I am student in Dallas, I am not sitting on a sack of money and I dont have money to fix anything, they didnt care. they only want your money and they dont care about customer satisfaction or anything like that. pls dont go there. I hope everyone read this. they do any trick to just get the car inspection and car registration and after that they sell it ruthlessly and unfairly.
