This place is a joke. They are truly the definition of sleazy, crooked used car salesmen. I was shopping for a car for a long time and finally found this place through a listing they had on craigslist. I looked at their website and they had four of the exact cars I was looking for, all with different miles and prices on them, so I was super excited to have found them. I called them on the phone and made sure that they would be open on saturday and set up a time to go in. I was buying one of these cars. I had cash in hand ready to go because they looked so nice on the website. That was the end of any good things I could ever say about these crooks. They assured me they would be open till six on saturday so I show up at five, plenty of time to drive one and pay for it and be done with me search. They let me know that they closing due to weather.... I asked them what weather??? It was a bit cold but there was no bad weather in the forecast. They then told me that they always close at five, a direct lie from what they told me the day before. I told them this, they then said, the owner wants to close early today. I was talking to the owner at the time, he just couldnt come out and say, Im lazy and dont feel like it. On the door it said they were open till seven as well so they were all over the place. Those were his summer hours he tells me. I told him I had driven an hour on his word to looks at a car, he said you can look but can not drive. You have to come back on monday. I told him I could not and would not have driven all this way just to look at a car. So I went to look anyways. the description of the cars were " perfect condition" "super clean" "well maintained". no. No they are not. There were stains all inside of the cars, scratches and dents covering the cars and pieces missing off of the outside of the car!!! They would not let me even start a car after they saw that me and the person I was there with knew what we were looking at and started asking the wrong questions they did not want to answer. Turns out they are under investigation for leaving reviews on their own business on several websites which surprises me not at all as they are slimeballs. They have done this to countless other people that have reviewed this place as well. The only good reviews are ones that they left. They are liars and crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LYING CHEATING NO GOOD CRIMINALS!!

Called and talked to Felipe. Went and test drove a few cars. I test drove a couple cars and decided on one I liked. Did NOT buy that day. Went and shopped around some more and returned several days later. Test drove car again. Got down under it, into it. Looked for leaks, damages etc. NOTHING. Met Simon (owner). Bought the car drove it home show it to my daughter she was not sure if she like it. Called Simon. It was 5:30 on a Saturday and they close at 6. He had 5000.00 of my money. He told me to bring it back, he would wait. Upon my return, Simon met me in the parking lot. Was very apologetic. Had my money in his hand. He was TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. Explained that sometimes it happens. He offered my to look at other cars. HE EVEN OFFERED ME TO TAKE ONE HOME FOR SEVERAL DAYS to see if I like it, and if so, then buy it. This guy EARNED the right to get my business.

We had a $3000 budget and asked if they had a safe, reliable vehicle that would last for about a year of commuting without any expensive repairs. What they sold us, claiming it "runs great!" was a van with a broken windshield, bad tires (one of them goes flat every few days), dry rotted spare, the wrong type of battery (the van was dead the morning after we bought it, they must have charged it overnight just to sell), sludgy dirty oil, and a transmission that started failing after about a week. We bought it a month ago, and the van cannot reach highway speeds. It is undriveable. We knew we were buying a junker, but they knowingly sold us a broken, dangerous piece of garbage. You should not believe the nice reviews, they are apparently lies.

This is the first time Im writing a review on google. I normally dont write reviews but I had such a wonder experience at this dealer, Im going to take time out of my busy schedule to write this review. I found a BMW 535i online and called the dealership. I was greeted over the phone with a very proper way my a gentleman named Simon. I asked a few questions about the car and it was answered right away and when I saw the car, it was exactly what I saw online and every question I had about the car was all right on point! I highly highly recommend anyone looking for a great car at the right price and most importantly dealing with HONEST folks!

Perfect dealership, very helpful people out there. I purchased 2 cars from them past a year and both of them came out perfect. I love this place very honest people. Im surprised people left negative reviews for them they should know they buying used cars things happens afterwards but if you contact them afterwords they are very straight forward and help you fix the problem even after purchase. I will recommend this dealer to anyone. Keep up good jobs guys.
