I got a flyer in the mail saying that since Ive paid my car note on time, I qualified for a newer vehicle at this dealership at a lower monthly rate(I had my car for a year and a half and never missed a payment). But my current car broke down, and was unable to afford both the rest of the note with the expensive repairs. I told them my situation and was told to come in anyway since they help people, people with worse situations than me apparently. Not only were they the same as any other dealership(liars), everything I was told I was qualified for didnt happen. I worked hard trying to rebuild my credit, but I lost points after these scam artists ran my credit, and then wanted a cosigner. Despite having a stable work history(5 and a half years), my income wasnt enough. They had me waiting until 7pm(got there on the bus and walking across the freeway at 5) just to tell me to come back the next day. I knew the longer I waited, it was more likely that I was just sucker #239421 and that I was leaving back on the bus. I should have known something was off when the rep(Sandra) kept sending me text messages almost demanding to know where I was and if I was coming to the dealership. "Where are you?" "What part of Dallas are you coming from?" "What time are you going to be here?" "And then what?" "Ask the bus driver to drop you off on 67."...really pushy. I guess her job is to make sure how many people they can get to show up at their lot. She also referred to me as Jason on 2 occasions. Typical, the lady that kept sending me messages suddenly stopped once the dealership wasnt able to help me. And the car I wanted I was going to have to pay more than the current note on my car note, along with getting full coverage on a car that I would be gray haired once I paid it off. And I mentioned that too, and the salesman told me that most people dont keep their cars, they just keep trading them in for newer models every 3 years. Well..no, I dont want to be a slave for dealerships for the rest of my life, and I dont like people lying to me and wasting my time.

Do you need a replacement key for your new Mitsubishi? This dealership probably does not have your key in stock, they didnt have mine. And my car is a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. Even if they did it would only cost me $410 to get a new one! The price for the key is ridiculous, I dont care what kind of Technology it has in it. You would think because it is a newer model are they would have the keys and stock, but this location does not and there is no way to get the key cheaper because of the special programming it has in it. I will never buy another Mitsubishi again in my life. Lee I lost a customer.

I have made it a point to take my mint condition 2001 Diamonte back to the dealer for all of my service requirements. With the service advisor, Kevin, being my main contact, I havwe always been completely satisfied with the care that has been taken with my vehicle and the on time, at price and top quality service. I would recommend their services to anyone who wishes to be handled by the very best. Oh yeah, ask for Kevin!!!!!!!

Kevin and his service department offer the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction I have ever received. They keep my 2004 Mit (with over 200,000 miles) in top running order. Since the day of purchase...Herring Mitsubishi has been the only place I have used for service. They are fair and honest and never try to oversell on services, always giving the best opinion on what my car needs to keep running great!

Came in for a sunroof repair and was extremely pleased with this dealership. I recently moved to Dallas and hadnt found a new dealer to have my car serviced so I gave this place a shot based on the ratings. The customer service was great, and they had my car repaired and out the door quickly. The price was really reasonable as well. I definitely recommend taking your Mitsubishi here.

This is the most rediculous thing I have come across. They will look up the part for you but will not give you the part number. Stupid. Idiotic. Would be like a bank not giving change. This is a very ignorant policy I hope. Otherwise the employee on the phone is being very rude. It is 2016. All customers that are intelligent shop around.

well the customer service was okay but I had been lied to about the 88 dollar down and 88 a month everyone approved guaranteed advertisements and they ran my credit when I told them what it was and still could not help me and it went on my credit score as a hard inquiry which decreased my score and I would not recommend them to anyone

They actually close at 9 tonight. I was there to drop off my car at the Hertz counter, but they were extremely kind. They gave me a space to charge my phone, and made sure my keys got to Hertz, even though theyre completely separate entities. Thank you for being kind, I would trust you with my car purchase !

Service is great! I have 2 Mitsubishis that I take to Don Herring for service. They must be doing something right, because neither have had many problems and are still running strong. Always greet me by name when I pull up. Excellant service and attitude, and a car wash too! Thanks for what you do! Steve C

Had a great experience. Salesman was courteous. The sales manager was personable. The finance guy was straight forward. They didnt play any of the car games that car dealers are known for. Everybody "shot straight" with me & they made me by far & away the es t offer of anybody. I would recommend them.

These guys are great, have used them for the past 15 years and always had great service. Theyve helped make decisions to space out repairs as needed, fit us into their schedule on rare occasions there was an emergency, and treated us as faithful long term customers. Cant rate them any better.

Awesome experience! I was a little hesitant because I really wanted a Lancer, but didnt think Id get a good deal on it. But these guys actually tried very hard to earn my business and succeeded. I got my white Lancer and I can afford it thanks to Reuben. He was very nice and helpful!

This dealership puts a lot of effort into making the customer feel very good when dealing with them. I have had several dealerships treat me like I owe them something. These guys get it: you dont have customers without good customer service.
