The WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN PURCHASING / leasing A CAR, THEY PROMISED ME THAT I WAS GETTING THE BEST DEAL. 1. THEY DOUBLE DIPPED - I EVEN TOLD THEM that they did and they denied it; I had to go back up there and "Unravel" the deal 2 hours after I walked out of the dealership with my new car, to see where the money went and was coming from. They said " all we want you to be is happy" 2. I LEFT THERE CRYING BECAUSE I KNEW THERE WAS MORE MONEY IN THE "DEAL" , they PROMISED that their "deal" was the best, line for line. 3. Well, I decided... to drive down to SEWELL CADILLAC and meet with both the finance/ sales manager to see if they were SCREWING ME, come to find out... they were~ SEWELL found 7k that they could have provided me which was what I paid them cash for my other 2010 SRX. 4. Then, I called CREST and told them what SEWELL WORKED UP- THEY got nervous and said "oooh, come back and lets look at the numbers again, well (Jared, owners son in finance) decided that they could somehow take 7k from another car and put it into the car that they just sold me the day before ( you have 72 hours to take the car back) HOWEVER, the day before I went to Sewell, their was NO money they could work with and they would sell this car to their mother. I asked them, would you sell this car to your mom... They looked at me straight in the eye, and said yes. There wasnt any money to work with, no incentives left at all. I will NEVER Purchase / Lease a car from them again. I have an "inside friend" who used to work there, and recently told them that he is getting bad feedback from the people that he is sending them, and they said... If they knew what it was like to live in another country and have nothing, they would realize the DEAL they were getting. They dont even deserve one star. If you are upside down in a previous car and are willing to pay that money to get your car from negative equity, pay the bank to get the amount you owe to get it down then negotiate with the dealer. Many people may love them, however my experience is far from that. . Then come to find out, I didnt need all that extended warranty for tires and windshield; the full coverage that I carry on my car insurance covers that. They make 100% commission on the warranty and only about 2% on the car deal. Here is the kicker, the only reason I stayed with them, is because my salesman was a single father with a child and he deserved the commission for the child. When this lease is up, I am headed to SEWELL. I had the best day with those guys all the way through delivery, until I got home and showed my buddy the financing. Do your homework and get a second opinion before you seal the deal. I am in real estate, my broker owns CREST.. Still they screwed me! I have told many people this exact story, and told them that I wasnt filling out their survey; everyone states that they deserve my feedback. Here it is....

I had just been to Crest Nissan where I had worked with Becky and Trevor. That experience was fantastic. I then went to Crest Cadillac expecting the same level of customer service. My brother and I had a look at some of the cars we were interested in on the lot but never saw a representative. So after a while we went to find one. Unfortunately, we had the audacity to step onto the lot in jeans and tattoos. This was clearly disturbing because when I walked into the building the saleswoman turned around and actually jumped. She then assumed a disgusted look on her face and asked, "Who are you?!" I told her my name. She asked, "Are you two here with someone else?" I told her no and that we were here for ourselves. She asked if someone had helped us yet. Again... no. She then began frantically waving over to an office while calling someone over the phone and whispering into it. Not sure what was going on but no one ever came. My brother and I got the opportunity to stand there in awkward silence for several minutes while the saleswoman and the greeter turned their backs to us and only glanced over their shoulders every once in while. It was uncomfortable to the point that my brother and I stepped just outside the sliding glass door so that we could wait for our "help" to arrive while trying to ignore the glares we were getting. 10 minutes, 15, 20. After apparently scaring the hospitality right out of the first representative we had now miraculously become invisible. Many employees walked in and out but none of them saw us. The accusatory questions we were asked were the only words we ever heard spoken from a Crest Cadillac employee. We were never even greeted. Never told "welcome" or even just "hello". I wouldve waited for hours if they were half as awesome as Crest Nissan. For this? Nope. For our own sake we gave them what they so clearly wanted. We left. We wont be back. This place is a horrific ambassador for both brands, Crest and Cadillac.

Update: I can no longer sing the praises of this dealership. I signed papers on my new car on May 7. It is June 11th and Ive just had my car delivered to me after being in service for a MONTH to remove pinstripes and buff out a panel. I returned twice, when told it was done, to discover it wasnt. I was called a third time and told it was done, only to be called back within the hour to hear they needed another week. It did not arrive with the plates installed, as requested. Now, they cant find the plates. They are tracking them down and sending someone out to me to install. This would seem awesome of this werent the only day o have to run errands before a road trip. Now I wait. Despite requesting a call from management, I still havent. My husband and I have waited a month for the stellar service to return. It hasnt. Im so sad and disappointed by this experience. The new location doesnt mean anything with the sacrificed service. In April of 2015, I left a rave review about my experience at the Crest Cadillac in Plano. I bought my dream car - an SRX. (Im a realistic dreamer.) It was my baby. Then, the hail-pocolypse of 2016 occurred. My sweet car baby was totaled out. Once we received word, my husband called Chris R. in new car sales - the same guy who helped with our last car - and told him wed be coming back. Needless to say (but Im going to anyway,) we had another excellent experience. I was sick - no voice - but Chris worked quickly to help me find a replacement. We got a 2016 SRX, that was a loaner car with 5000 miles on it, for an excellent price. Once again, Im back in my dream car and I have Crest to thank for it. Side note, the new facility is AWESOME. Its much easier to get in and out of than the Plano location and its super fancy. The waiting rooms for the service department are no longer dark and small. Its a bright room with a ton of seating options, a business-like area and a cafe. Far improved on the last location.
