I had the worst experience today at this dealership. I was approved for a 2007 PT CRusier. I put 500 down and paid the 120 down on the dealership car insurance total: 620.00. I was instructed to call my current lean holder to have them pick up my Dodge Durango from their lot and to cancel the current insurance on my existing vehicle since I could not use it as a trade My Durango was being replaced because the motor and compressor went out. I was instructed to give them the key to my vehicle and I was given the key to the new vehicle. At this point im waiting on my copy of the contract. When a different sales man name Larry ask me about my career field. I inform him that I work 3 jobs: f/t at a Health facility, P/T w/ a home health agency and on the side I train people in CPR. He than asked how far do I drive to see patients. And I answer around the South Dallas area. We end our conversation and LARRY goes to the back office and my salesman Ron returns. Ron receives a phone not even 10 minutes after LARRY leaves saying I can no longer get the vehicle. NOW REMEMBER: Contract signed, Money paid, Phone calls made, Insurance paid and my existing lean holder has already been contacted. I am told that they do not like to sale cars to people who perform home health services. LARRY apparently called the approval dept and told them I also work for a home health agency I wasnt aware that this info was a secret or a CON for that matter. WHY?????? I do not know or understand other than being told the mileage that would be placed on the vehicle. ARE WE RENTING OR LEASING HERE? NO. But it gets worse Im told i have to wait 10 business days to receive my money back. It is labor day weekend. So 10 days will be longer..... There is no reason I should have been discriminated against for my occupation, my card should have never been charged and they should not have withdrawn from a contract that was signed. At the end of the day I called the LANCASTER POLICE I was it is a civil matter and they still have my money and im in a worse situation than I started. The sad thing is you walk in there and it seems like a very good place. I heard great things about this location in the past but the old owner recently passed away from my understanding and Auto Liquidators brought them out. In a nutshell BEWARE!!!!! LARRY IS A DISCRIMINATING CROOK. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES IN THE OFFICE. NURSES BEWARE AUTO LIQUIDATORS DO NOT RESPECT OUR SCOPE OF PRACTICE NOR WHAT WE DO FOR PATIENTS AND OUR COMMUNITY. AUTO LIQUIDATORS IN LANCASTER ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!! I still do not have my money...... I will be filing a civil suit .........

I recently bought a van from Auto Liquidators in Lancaster. The price was right and the service fantastic. The van was cleaned and washed. The porter did an excellent job. Signing of the papers was very informative. The manager Larry explained everything and was very helpful. The other office staff was very attentive and very courteous. I will surely recommended all my friends, relatives and acquaintances to go and buy a car there. Be sure and asked for the managers special.

Lancasters Texas - We Finance Car Dealer. I found a great car there - perfect for my long commutes. I bought a Hyundai Sonata a couple months ago - and it works great. I dont have the best credit, but here - they finance your car for you, so I got a decent car and didnt have to hassel with a bank in regards to my less than stellar credit score. Very friendly staff - not pushy like most car dealerships.

I didnt think I could get a car. I went into Auto Liquidators in Lancaster. My salesperson was Julio, and he was GREAT !! He walked me through the process, then turned the information over to the manager, Larry. Within 15 minutes I was approved. I drove away in a GREAT car. I couldnt be happier. Two thumbs WAY UP !!
