My experience at gateway started out very plesent. Todd was rather easy to get along with. And told me a lot about the truck i was looking to buy. He also was able to answer any questions i had. It didnt take long for me to know this was the truck for me. But it was late in the day and closing time. And i was leaving the next day for a family reunion in Colo. So i paid in cash for the truck. Todd wrote me out a receipt. But said he could not find the title. And he reassured me he could take care of it in the morning. It is now 4 months later. I have the truck. But still no title. I like the truck i bought. But i sure dont like the fact that i cant use it. I may recommend Gateway to my friends. But will definitely worn them about Todd. (IF HE STILL WORKS THERE ! )

I MUST COMMEND THE WHOLE TEAM OVER AT GATEWAY CLEARANCE CENTER! ESPECIALLY MATT. THESE GUYS ARE UP FRONT, HONEST AND TELL YOU ANY LITTLE THING THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED A DEFECT. THEY HOLD NOTHING BACK AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONFIDENT AND KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I AM RECOMMENDING THEM ANY CHANCE I GET!

Really enjoyed going through the process of buying my car with these guys very nice people but a week later when I started having issues with my car and I called and brought it back in, it never got fixed my car was in 3 times and never got fixed. I will never going back to any gateways again.

Bad... I realize the vehcles are as is but in less than 2 month almost 4000.00 in repairs needed .. they dont have a concious then they sold a vehcle to my sister less than 10 days later the transmission went out and they would take care of it....
