Called about a Jeep, Tony A. said that they would have it up front and ready for a test drive. From the moment I walked though the door to the moment I drove away in my Jeep I was treated like family. The whole process was very comfortable, up-front and mind easing. The Team at Dallas Preowned Auto Group walked me through the whole process, ensuring my complete understanding of financing, services provided and warranties. For instance, Tony A met me at the door and talked with me as though we had known each other for years, he was very accommodating and made every effort to match me up with my dream Jeep (he accomplished this!). Jessey T. helped walk me through the paper work, boiling it all down for me, and explaining it to me in terms that made sense, in terms that I could understand; she made the process painless and quick. I opted to finance my Jeep and Tony L. met me every step of the way; helping me determine what option for financing would be best, getting me a nice low interest rate, and explaining warranty and options to consider; once again, the process was painless and quick! Now, let me tell you about what I consider the gem of Dallas preowned Auto Group; It is a one-stop-shop for all my auto needs. Omar works with you to customize your auto, to get it exactly that way you want it, he even gave me a catalog to help me decide what accessories would look good for my Jeep and he stressed "I will make it happen!". Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I was sold a car with four major oil leaks and tires that would not pass state inspection. The owner told me that I should have had the car checked out prior to purchase. As if he is not culpable for selling me a product that was in less than a reasonable condition. I asked to return the car and was told that he would not allow that. He said he would help repair the car, he could get me a wholesale repair price. I took the car to the suggested repair shop and received poor service. I had to return the car multiple times AND the leaks were still there!!! The owner blamed his not being able to help me on profit...I told him that if he would take care of his customers correctly he would have so much money he wouldnt know what to do with it! I guess we know who matters most to him. Ultimately, I took an $8000 bath on a car I owned for 5 months. I will never recover that money. He doesnt deserve your business. Buyer beware!

worst experience ever..bought a Porsche 911.with problems from get go..dealer agreed to fix this problem...not only they claimed all their cars go through inspection and they offer warranty..that use out side shop,,come to find out ..shop they use is worst iv ever seen..not only that iv dealed with theft , personal items missing out of my car..3 Times ..yes 3 times same theft incident thay did apsoulutly nothing about..everything they promissed they would do not only they did not get fixed..they haw put scratches and broken additional parts..bent rear wheel..who does somethink like this..dealer claimed clean fax..and i come to find out its bin painted and front end suspension seems to hawe problems as well....car is in the other shop now..whisc im payin for repairs my self and dealer would not return my callas...

I strongly believe nothing in life is perfect, however, the service I have been provided with through Dallas Preowned Staff includes hospitality, welcoming, respectful and understanding. I have now purchased my 2nd car from Dallas PreOwned and will most definitely will be coming back for my next car after (3rd) :). Jessie and Tony were so understandable to my budget and needs. I will not forget to mention the rest of the staff, they are very friendly and get the job done! Thank you Dallas Preowned for making my car buying experiences the best so far. I found just the right car at Dallas Preowned Auto Group - it was the right price and in the right condition. I live in the Austin area and felt it was worth the drive to Dallas to purchase this car. I originally spoke to Cameron over the phone. We worked out several issues about trade-ins an the to be purchased vehicle. At the end of the call we had a gentlemans agreement that he honored when I arrived (later put into contract). Everyone was helpful and my car buying experience was great. I recommend this dealership. Cameron was honest and very helpful, even after the purchase.

My best friend purchase a BMW from here in March and ever since she purchased the car she been having problems. She had to give the car back within the first week. Ive had to take her out to the car place at least three times and that was every week for three weeks in a row. Every time she go to pick up the car they say its fixed and then its another problem. I havent even purchased from there but from her experienced I wouldnt dare go to them. Its seems like when they fix one thing something else is wrong with the car. Worst experienced ever for her and she was a 1st time car buyer!!!

What a shady place . If you want to build your credit , or just get a new car , this is NOT the place . The will lie their way through it then when you speak to the bank , its a different story all together. Had my car for less than 2 weeks, bumper came off , they wouldnt fix it , since its never happened before . Then turned around and took the car away . When I spoke about the situation obviously i was in the wrong, even when I fought the argument about It. I highly advise to stay away from them God knows what will happen to you .. you have been warned.

This place is awesome. You are greeted right when you walk into the door by the sweetest lady and helped right away! I was looking for a Mini Cooper and they had the perfect one for me. I was driving the car home within a couple of hours! I will always keep this place in mind and when I hear that someone is looking for a car I will definitely recommend it!!! Sweetest people EVER! They make the car buying process seem so easy which is exactly what my family and I wanted. Thank yall so much.

First time buyer. Went in looking for an Infiniti, and surprisingly enough, they had two of the models I was looking for. Test drove it and fell in love. Tony gave me a verbal quote and honored it until my next visit, which was incredible. Went back a week later to finalize, left with the vehicle. My vehicle was in good exterior condition, but some small under the hood problems I managed to fix with my dad for low costs. Highly recommend,excellent staff and extremely quick process.
