If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought a Grand Caravan from this location a couple of months ago. By the time they finished all the paperwork, it was 9:00pm, after closing time. My sales guy, Nick, went out to do a final check of the vehicle, and somehow lost the key. They spent an hour looking for it, before finally agreeing to call a locksmith. It was midnight before I got a key, by which time I was sleeping in the chair in the lobby. The locksmith didnt have the right electronic key for the van on hand, so he used one that didnt have the right buttons for the functions of this car. I drove an hour home, only to find that the key didnt work to lock the doors, etc. I called the next day and was assured that I would be given a new key. After over a month of excuses, promises, and evasions, I finally gave up and fixed the key myself. I was done with them and just wanted to forget about Drive Time altogether, until this evening. As I write this, I am sitting in my car, 70 miles from home, with a flat tire. It is after hours, so there is nowhere to get a new tire. I went to put the spare on, only to find that there isnt one. I called Drive Time, angry because on the checklist I was given at the time of sale, a spare tire was listed as in the vehicle. Apparently, I was supposed to have crawled under the van before I bought it to verify that there was, indeed, a spare tire inside the plastic case under the car. Patrick tells me that there isnt much he can do, because corporate wont allow him to pay for a tow truck. He says they may reimburse me later if I have it towed myself. I am highly suspicious of any promises they make, and I can only imagine the cost of having my van towed from Ft Worth to Plano this evening. I have no way home, I have to be at work in the morning, and I am stranded in a rather unsavory part of town. I am a grandmother, stuck out here alone, and Drive Times party line is to say that Nick doesnt work there anymore, and it was his mistake, so there isnt much they can do. Take a word of advice from me. Go to Car Max. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them and they have always taken excellent care of us. 7/8/16 I wanted to amend my review just a little. Jarred (Jarrod, Jared?) ended up being very helpful. He got my van towed to the Drive Time in Ft. Worth last night. This morning, they got a spare put on it and delivered it to me at my job this afternoon. That was a very nice thing to do. Thank you.

Buying a car at this dealership was a pretty easy process. However, upon driving the car for a couple of days it started rattling really loud. I tried to return the car on a Saturday within the 5 day policy, and Mr. Patrick Brookins (the sales manager) straight out lied to me telling me to come back Monday and if they couldnt fix it they would gladly put me in another car. He did not honor what he said. Even though i asked him to put that in writing to protect myself. He still lied to my face. He also got a little loud and was very aggressive in his speaking. He really gave me the run around so badly that we chose not to communicate with him any further. After, much hassle the car was returned and the cash downpayment is tied up waiting on a check to be returned and once received waiting possibly up to 10 days for it to clear. Now no car and not down payment. Worst experience ever! I can say that the general manager(Jarrod Ray) was very calm and communicated very well with us. Drive Time should employ Sales Managers that have been trained in customer relations. You should not have people working for a very reputable company such as Drive Time, who mislead you and lie JUST to make a sale final. When do customers matter?

I had wonderful service from salesman Jose Ovalle, Douglas Norworthy and sales manager Richard Twumasi. I got a great deal and I love my car 2014 Kia Forte with 34,000 miles on it. They all were very patient with me and my husband. The made us feel very comfortable and allowed us to have fun while making a great sale. Big ups to Jose for seeing us a few weeks ago and when I had questions to ask via email he always answered. When we went in yesterday unfortunately Jose was not there but Douglas was awesome for going through many cars with us and even going to garland to go get my car :-). And to close the sale was Richard who made the signing the paperwork easy but a fun process. You gentleman were great and I appreciate everything you do! I will be expecting my water, popcorn, and chocolate (Richard dont think I forgot lol). You guys please keep in touch my husband may think the car is girly but he is loving it. Really get a car from Drivetime Redbird best salesmen and managers ever!!!!!!!

After traveling to multiple car lots and speaking with a significant number of overrated and so-called car "salesmen", we were about to give up and discontinue our search for a vehicle. But something told us to reach out to the one car dealership that we had seen and heard so much about. Our experience with the Drive Time corporation was extremely professional and courteous. We encountered services from Evyan Gilmore and Patrick Brookins(who sold us our car and finalized the paperwork) and Jamila Flax who set up the appointment. They were very thorough and expeditious in servicing the customer and satisfying our needs. Because of their ability to provide fast and friendly service, we will be sure to recommend their services to friends and family in the near future. Other dealerships should take notice of their style and overall culture. They could use a crash course in Drive Time 101..... We are extremely appreciative of your generosity and wish you the very best in dealership success.

I was a current Drive Time member when I decided it was time for a new vehicle. This lot had the exact vehicle that I wanted. We decided to travel to this lot, even though it was about a 40 minute drive from our house. I had called the day prior and spoke with a representative and he let me know it was still there but people had been looking at it, the next day my husband and I drove up there. Quintan met us at the door when we got there and we started the change of vehicles, when you are with drive time and you owe less than 5000 on your current loan youre able to switch vehicles with little to no down payment. Quintan helped out very much and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The office was very clean and everyone was very nice! He made the signing of a new lease enjoyable. I would very much recommend this location to anyone looking to get financed for a vehicle!

They were very nice and had excellent customer service made me laugh was very nerves n purchasing a car but they gave me what i wanted didnt think i wld fet a car i lllooovveeedd but did I got my car from there lets start by sayin i have only the car month the brakes were going out n the wngine lites r on n mechanical error n otha things still has not been fixed because they said i wld have 2 leave the car wit no car not even a loaner n it took tooth n nail 2 get them 2 fix brakes its corporate so i have made payments on the car n they still came n took m it was said it was insurance now mind u i have the insurance it was paper missing they needed y was this not told 2 me b4 n y nobody call me r u kiddn me nobdy knows nuttn nobody can explain nuttn n the company wants me 2 pay 300$ 2 get the car bac r u kiddn me o yea they r so goin pay not gettn no more of my money
