Im Kevins cousin, and smart move on not allowing no reviews or replies. So tell me, would you like to negotiate the price without the knowledge of knowing how the car runs AT ALL, Only based off what you so call "observe and hear?" Exactly, I wouldnt want to negotiate pricing at all, since it would a be huge waste of time. I understand that you would want to keep the car in good condition and not wanting to let others joy ride but that is why you could tag along plus you work the lot, so you can tell them to slowdown or not do anything stupid. Exactly, thats what I thought, and if youre excuse is "Oh we are usually busy or we dont have enough people to watch the lot "? So substandard. Oh and for future reference, at least know the correct statistics for your vehicles, the BMW 335i push 300 to 330 horsepower not 400 horsepower. Get your facts straight.

Im 33 years old I bought 10 cars over my life. The people at Dallas Car Care Credit bent over backwards to get me into a 2008 Lexus IS 250. Im very appreciative of them and all I do is talk about them to all my friends and coworkers and recommend anybody reading this review to buy a car from them. the person that wrote the bad review should delete it. this is been the best experience Ive had since I started purchasing cars at the age of 16. When this car is paid off I will be going back to buy a truck from them . I plan on purchasing all my cars in the future from them too. Thank you Dallas Car Care Credit

Andrew the young spanish speaking guy was amazing and helpful, very motivated to sell me the 2008 Lexus Is350 but the caucasion guy (I dont know his name but you will know who Im talking about because he is rude and thinks he knows his topic and wasnt helping) ruin my taste towards the car and the shop itself. Wouldnt let me test drive unless I was willing to buy it on the spot? Why would I buy a car or negotiate a price if I didnt know how the car runs or drives? Terrible. I feel sorry for Andrew (I think that was is his name). If Andrew is the caucasion guy, then avoid him!!

Called on Monday wanting to purchase a vehicle credit not the greatest but still looking for something reliable and reasonable well I left with more than I expected I was able to purchase a 1 owner Lexus that looks great and drives great , my salesperson Andrew was a sweetheart did not try any bait and switch sales tactics he kept it real, Manager Vance awesome person willing to go the extra mile for you to help you get in the vehicle you want with the payments you want ,In General great lot , quality cars , awesome people will defiantly return to purchase more!

Very Pleased With this dealership. I Purchased My volkswagen CC from the owner of the place . THEY GAVE ME BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE THAN IN THE BIG DEALERSHIPS!! THEY MAKE FINANCING EASY FOR THE CUSTOMER. They are currently helping me rebuild my credit . Have nothing bad to say About this place. Very Unprofessional and Quite possibly a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE with these guys they can not provide any info on any of their cars and noone answers when you call, just someone that transfers you to a voicemail. Not sure how you guys ever sell anything with customer service like that. its not even like i was asking hard questions, all i asked was what was the price

Bought our 2010 Nissan Maxima SV Sport Premium from this company in January 2016 and had great experience. The sales team was great to work with and the car has been a pleasure.
