Not that these people care or that it will change anything but Ill take the time to caution other dealers and set the level of expectation (very low) as a courtesy. I have bought from these guys and unfortunately will have to continue to buy from them, because of the monster that Manheim is. Some locations have fantastic customer service and folks who really do understand that, albeit we are dealers, we are still customers. Dallas is a major market and produces a plethora of great cars, but the people coordinating and facilitating the sales and the process thereafter are useless. Dont expect phone calls back or courteous conversation once you actually do get someone on the phone. Expect incorrect info, multiple voicemails with no return, lackadaisical handling of titles, errors in ordering and completing Condition reports. If your a dealer, you get the point!!! These people operate at the level of Neanderthals.

Idk about their sales. But if u want to have any cars out of here in a decent amount of time forget about it. Bring a camel back, snacks and some comfortable shoes. The customer service takes a good 30 mimutes to come around and theres usually a pack of 10 old folks waiting to get in. So u may as well walk but these guys decided to put their sold lot as far away possible from their gates, so a good 20min hike to the back of their lot is in order(doesnt sound bad until u have 9 cars to pull). Oh your a car hauler and want cars pulled? Forget about it they only allow about 2-3 car pullers that are booked up for days on end. Really just a nightmare place. If ur a dealer and buy cars from here forget about getting ur cars in a decent time once these trucks are running on electronic logs. Specially with their bank hours. Whatever happened to 24hr gates at Manheim auto auctions?

I have a horrible experience with arbitration manager Matt Arias , He called me racist names, and he did not help me with my issue, and he accused me that I stay in the lane and I buy cars on my phone, and because of that reason He could not help me arbitrate any car, he is definitely a con artist, when I talk to the management he immediately became to change he is character to somebody else, and change the story , I wish somebody could hear my side of the story, I have him on the camera and the way he acts towards the customers, ive been with Manheim for over 13 years never had an issue like that, I need somebody to call me to fix this problem

Bought a car from this auction, got a receipt, but couldnt pick up my car. Days have passed trying to find out why I couldnt pick up my car and after almost an entire week has gone by, come to find out that this Manhiem auction decided to go ahead and sell my car at the auction for more money! Wow, right? Wrong, the true wow comes into place when they told me that they will be mailing my money back via check in the mail about two weeks later! Any one looking for a car, please dont be suckered in by a to good to be true deal like I did. Find another place to buy from.

As a dealer I expect titles within 30 days...well if you expect help from this staff if your title is not in within the allotted time..think again! I was told they were following up but when I contacted the seller she had not spoken with them. I personally did all the leg work to finally get the title in (3 MONTHS) and when I called in knowing the title was in..the manager took credit for getting it in...what a joke!

If you buy something from these guys you better pack a lunch and plan on spending all day trying to find someone who will take you to it and check you out etc. because if you call to have it brought to your dealership it will take them a week of getting voicemails and phone calls before they will get their act together and get your vehicle delivered to you. Either way the customer service sucks.

Staff has been very nice thus far. Good deals on cars there if you do your homework. Some drivers are rude though and wont do what you ask as far as "testing" a car to see if its good and thats bad for the Buyer BC I wont buy things Im not sure of like Transmissions, etc. The drivers need to do what the Buyers ask so theyre confident in buying!

This place is a joke!!!! Took 2 1/2 hours to get my car released then get home(2hours away) to find they have shoved a "new" key in ignition because they said they didnt get a key to the car (was in passenger seat) their "brand new key" doesnt turn off the car completely and they want me to pay to fix ignition. The one star is VERY generous

A good Auction to buy and sell cars. They have considerable sales tax. I bought my first car here, a 1999 Ford Taurus Se. Lasted me 3 years before I changed it. Its quite a nice place! Update : You now need to be registered as a licensed dealer to come here to even see the auction.

Absolutely terrible service! The people there can never seem to get their stuff together. You have to constantly stay on them and then when you are lucky enough to actually speak to someone they act like it is their first day on the job and have no idea what is going on.

Worst and rudest van driver Ive ever met. Told me not to talk in her van or ask her a question in her van while shes on break for the next 2 mins. Id rather walk to my cars than ride with a complete ass like her.

Terrible customer service. They bill us bogus charges and then duplicate those charges. They take them out of your sell net before even invoicing you. If you have another option, avoid this auction!!

Cant get a hold of any one there, Incorrect fax number, no one answers calls any more, keep getting transferred to voicemails. Once I get a hold of someone, I get transferred to some other voicemail.

Spent alot of time here, security is very slow, lines are everywhere. But some people are nice and want to help you. But my experience are not good. The car had a lot more damage.

This place has gotten a lot better than it was. But its easier to just go get your car than wait on customer service. Only issue now is parking. Transport area is jammed packed 24/7.
