This store is peddling low quality furniture, and that low quality furniture is marked up higher than any furniture outlet you can find, combined with double talking, rude, untrustworthy salespersons, probably my worst buying experience in recent history, I didnt know places like this were still in business, do yourself a favor and dont even walk through the doors, it with most assuredly be biggest regret you will make, I wouldnt buy a Candy Bar from these people must less a piece of furniture again. Review the brands they sell and see for yourself, not only worst brands on market, but they hike up the price 30%-50% higher than the standard...

Excellent service from fabulous staff! My mother purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from Sit n Sleep in Poinciana. The price was half that at other stores....and she got a much better quality bed. They even delivered and set it up at no charge... while others charge almost $200 to do that! When we realized the bed was too high for my elderly mother, they immediately ordered shorter legs and had them shipped directly to her home for us to easily install. They provide great service, have a wide selection, fabulous prices and very professional staff! I highly recommend them!

I recently moved to the Poinciana area and needed to furnish my home but wasnt sure where to go. I happened to drive by Sit N Sleep and stopped in just to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised by their super friendly staff and their VERY competitive pricing. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when I told them the ideas I had for my home. They helped me furnish the entire house! I highly recommend Sit N Sleep for any and all of your furniture and mattress needs!

I recently was looking for the perfect bed for my two girls, I went to Rooms To Go, the Ashley Store and the prices were to high and they add extras charges such as delivery fees, etc. However when I stop by Sit N Sleep store, Pedro and Nathan made us feel very welcome and spend quality time to process the order. I save over $200 with free delivery, I already started recommending this amazing store, it is my second purchase! THEY ARE AWESOME.

I went to sit and sleep to buy a living room set, not only did I find what I was looking for but I also found it less expensive then the competition I also received great customer service from the staff. everyone there was very friendly and willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. love the furniture there and Im coming back for a new mattress ..thank you sitnsleep for your help...would recommend it to my whole family!!!!

Ive recently came to sit n sleep with my wife and purchase a king size mattress about a week from now, our sales lady name Saida took good care of us ,she was efficient and friendly, she offered us free delivery and we got our delivery the next day! The delivery guys were really nice, they came and set up our mattress and removed our old one. Very pleased with my purchase and will recommend this store!

GO HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!! Oh my god I am so happy with this place! I went in just to look around and left there with a king size bed the price of a full size bed! Im Glad sales rep. Maria came up to me and told me how I can take it home the same day. Maria is super friendly as well as the manager there. I am going to come here again for a living room set soon! Had several negative reviews on this site in the last month, after a couple of empoloyees left and are now working at other stores. We did a check and had no record of ever selling to these people or receiving phone calls like the ones posted. Most of them have no other presence on the internet except to post a negative review here and post a good review where they now work.

The worst. Purchase a mattress was told it had a 10 year warranty. When I call was told for them to do check the mattress I have to pay $40 which I did and then was told they cant change the mattress because of a stain on the cover. I was basically rob $40 and have a mess up mattress. I would never shop here again.

Be aware!!!!! They lie about the financing. They tell you that youre approved take your money and the day of delivery they call and tell you to call the finance company because you werent approved and they have a no refund policy so they keep your down payment.
