Ordered online a cabinet for store pick-up. Received email that order was ready for pick-up. Went to the store and received 1 box, was told that was all for the order. Got home, unpacked box to find out that there is another box needed. Found out that another "back-order" box will be available at later date ONLY after calling both the store and the 800#. Very poor customer service. The email that says the order is READY says NOTHING about 2 boxes or BACKORDER.

For exceptional customer service, make sure you ask for Audrey. She should be teaching a customer service class for all Crate and Barrel associates. We thought we would not be able to get the furniture we wanted, but Audrey came in and saved the day. She showed us a couple options we were not aware of and we walked out with the setup that fit our home perfectly. The best customer service Ive ever received.

So. This place is awesome. Its all the "duds" from other Crate & Barrel stores that havent been sold. The prices on the furniture are fantastic. Good quality and low prices = awesome! If youre trying to furnish a house on a budget, this is the place to go. I didnt have any interaction with the staff, so I cant speak of their customer service.

My fiancé and I went to a wedding registry event here on Valentines Day. We were able to set up our registry, enjoy some coffee, and even got to try out some kitchen appliances. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and happily answered all of our questions. Could not be happier with the experience!!
