I will make a very long story as short as possible. I purchased a used 2004 VW with 66,000 miles from Fairfield Hyundai. i owned the car for 2 and a half months. The car hadnt even been for an oil change it and it already had $1300 worth of work in addition to breaking down completely and being towed three times, and it still wouldn’t run. It had the ECT sensor changed twice, thermostat replaced, new spark plugs and wires replaced, engine coils replaced, mass air flow system cleaned twice, and mass air flow sensor replaced and a week later it was again stalling out. Every day that I had the car and woke up to turn the key, I had to live with the fear that it wouldnt make it to work, yet I still owed almost the full price of the car. In the two months that I had had it, it was out of commission and I was left with no form of transportation for over three weeks combined. Fairfield Hyundai couldnt be bothered with any of it. I owed $4000 on the car, and it would not run (this is 2 months in, not years). I was forced to trade it in for nearly nothing so in addition to the repair costs, towing costs, down payment of $2,500, the headache needing to find reliable transportation, and missed work due to not having a car, I was out thousands and thousands of dollars. The whole point in using a dealership to purchase a used car is that they are supposed to stand behind the car and the "rigorous inspections" that they perform on them. Fairfield Hyundai did the bare minimum to get the car out of its warranty period and then told me it is my problem. I cannot tell you how many times I had to call them reporting previously open issues, only to have them tell me it was out of the warranty period and they could not help me. It was a fight for them to cover anything, even the things they had previously promised to take care of. The bottom line is I could not have had a worse experience at Fairfield Hyundai. They have a giant sign thats says “Balise Auto Group Commitment to Quality Sales and Service." Clearly, this is a lie and they couldnt care less about their customers. A good, honest, hard-working American who works 50 hours a week to save some money to buy a reliable form or transportation from a dealership was left without a car and completely threw away almost 7 thousand dollars so that the thieves at Fairfield Hyundai could make a buck. It was the worst consumer experience of my life and this dealership is the most disgusting collection of scum that I have ever been associated with. I would never step foot in there again unless it was to prosecute them for the criminals that they are. If you are thinking of buying a used car from Fairfield Hyundai, please read this story and reconsider. PLEASE BE WARNED, nobody should ever have to deal with the nightmare that I did at Fairfield Hyundai.

We were just taking a ride July 4 weekend and said maybe we should look at a new Tuscon it would be a great time for us to update our transportation even though our current Tuscon fits us perfect and looks like new. We checked with our local dealer but found them closed as well as others in our area . Found Balise was open when we looked on line called, told them we would be there in an hour and our salesperson Jason was there to greet us and well the rest is history since we now have a 2017 Tuscon sport. Ill let you find out for yourself what car fits your needs but I guarantee Blaise can find it for you. Our experience was fun and exciting like new car buying should be. No pressure no hurry plenty of help from Jason and the entire team, they all work together you don,t just get one helpful friend you get them all. Our new financial expert started with, just want to make sure the sales team helped you with all your options and answered all your questions. We went over all the forms and contracts to make sure we were getting what we thought we were getting and only at that point were we allowed to move forward, we could have changed our minds or asked for something different at any time Well we are now the proud owners of a car we love and are enjoying and we have a team to support us, I can call Jason at anytime or I can just call and say hi this is George needs some help and the whole dealership is at my fingertips Thanks Blaise

This place is full of liars and theives! I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went in to trade in my Hyundai Elantra to a Hyundai Tucson. On the day i went in i got one price and then the next day once they ran my credit and i was approved and ready to sign all my papers they raised my price by over $1000. They said sonething about i had negative equity. Which didnt make sense because they gave me the price the day before including the "negative equity". I still got the car because i was excited about the car and so were my kids but i felt lied to felt they were so deceitful. The finance rep Vinny is a total Jerk who only cares about selling a damn car and not really the customer. They dont explain things well snd try to confuse you with dealer terminology. Also if you go on a day when you get a so called invitation to trade in your car and they claim that they will give you a $10 target gift card just for going. Thats a lie! They will tell you they ran out even if you are the first person there. They will tell you to leave your # so when they get thr gift cards you can "pick it up" but thats a lie they never call you. Overall this place sucks go somewhere where they actually care about you for example Napoli Nissan in Milford they were super nice especially sales guy Clark. We bought our first Hyundai from them and i regret not going back to them.

I went to my friendly local Hyundai dealership have a simple transfer done of the warranty (Hyundai stopped the online changeover last year apparently and now requires the transfer to be done at a dealership - poor decision Hyundai corporate!!) - the excellent transferable warranty being one of the reasons I purchased a Hyundai. Unfortunately 3 visits and many hours of wasted time later, I have still not received any assistance or even a call-back from the staff at Fairfield Hyundai. Although I did get to stand for a few hours in the cold, unwelcoming, 1980s style showroom watching the sales-vultures swarm on potential sales (like watching a baby gazelle and a cheetah on a safari) as entertainment. The staff was cold, unhelpful and lacked the ability or willingness to assist me. What should have been a simple, quick transaction that would have helped build a good client relationship was ruined by Fairfield Hyundai. I like my car and will travel the distance to have a proper, caring dealership assist me, but would not recommend Fairfield Hyundai for anything - sales, service or otherwise; if your choice is going to be Hyundai, make sure you invest in a dealership that is client oriented and prepared to treat you like a valued partner - avoid Fairfield Hyundai unless you feel like a baby gazelle and have given up all hope!
