We recently visited this dealer with the intent to purchase a used vehicle. Initially, Tyler the sales associate, seemed knowledgeable and helpful. What started out as a pleasant experience, quickly turned sour. Once we picked out a vehicle and filled out the credit application, we were advised we would know the response that evening or the next morning. By 12pm the next day, I began getting curious and called to question the status. We were advised they did not have one. An hour later we were called and advised that as it turned out the vehicle we had selected was sold that evening and we needed to select another vehicle. At the time we were in the office, we were never asked for a deposit nor were we advised a deposit was necessary to secure the vehicle, a gross oversight on their part. At 4pm when we went to the dealer again to discuss other options, they still did not have a credit approval or denial. Evidently no one was willing to take responsibility for their gross oversight and failed to compensate for their error. We preferred to take our business elsewhere. We refuse to conduct business with an organization that fails to follow through. After all, a man is only as good as their word.

I never thought Id be writing a positive review about a car dealership, but Savings Auto treated me right. I found it to be an easy, low stress experience. Going to Savings Auto wasnt like one of the name brand car dealers where sales people are pushy and the prices are higher. It was a laid back experience. I came to Savings Auto Center after doing a lot of research online to find a vehicle model that had the highest reliability and performance for what I wanted. Savings Auto happened to have what I wanted and the list price was below most everywhere else. They let me test drive it by myself and gave me time to inspect the car thoroughly. I think if you go here to buy a Yugo, you cant expect a great car. If you buy a car known for reliability and it appears to be in great condition, you can come out ahead. Jose (I think that was his name) was friendly and not what youd expect from a sales guy. I didnt get a lot for my trade-in but I was happy with what I got because my trade-in car had was on its last leg. I still feel like I came out ahead with the whole deal and am happy with the vehicle I purchased and what I paid.

Purchased a car here in May. I stopped by to check out a car I saw here and the experience was great. Tyler was present enough if I had a question but gave me enough space to check out the car in peace. I never felt rushed or pressured or hovered over and was glad to be able to test drive the car without someone from the dealership in the car. No high pressure sales techniques! We decided to buy the car, and Tyler was very helpful and willing to work to accommodate my needs, the company even sent someone all the way up to my husbands work in Hartford to get papers signed since he could not be present. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely look for a car there again.

Bought a car there in March. Couldnt get exactly what I wanted. Tyler found me the car I didnt know I wanted. It was way better than what I was looking for. The car looks great, runs great. One issue was repaired by Paul quickly. Tyler and Jose got all our paperwork, financing and DMV taken care of before we even got there. Lynn drove out to the DMV (in New York) to make sure all went well. I would definitely buy another car there, not that I think I will need to. I will definitely recommend them to all that may ask me. Totally worth the trip from Long Island to buy a car. Keep up the good work.

Do yourself a favor and Dont purchase a car from this dealership. You most likely will get a lemon or a car with many issues they claim to not know about beforehand, and will make it seem like you caused the issues while driving the car within 2 days off the lot. They do not care about you, just suckering money out of you. This dealership should be closed down, PERIOD. 1 star because I had to in order to post review, zero stars.

Saw their ad for a Nissan Xterra that I was looking for and went to see it. The vehicle was in excellent condition and their personnel were very friendly and helpful, I was never pressured and they answered every question honestly. I would highly recommend anyone to go see them if looking for a good used vehicle. G. Montabana
