Where do I even begin. I am appalled with the services that Highline Car Connection has provided for me as a customer. I advise anyone who is thinking about purchasing a car to stay CLEAR of this dealership. Not only are the employees rude and "shady," they are complete scammers. And that is stating it lightly. I have made one of the worst decisions purchasing a car from this particular dealership. And I am not the only one who can testify to this argument/claim. An individual who I know, had purchased a Mercedes for his daughter from Highline. His daughter had drove it off the lot, and sure enough started to find many problems with the car. She was unable to reverse the car, as well as many other issues to follow. Short of the story is, her father had notified the dealership about this issue (while still under warranty) and they had told him he needed a new transmission. He had to purchase this transmission and had to then pay Highline for the labor, just to find out that Highline did not properly diagnose the issue! He was screwed out of a car and money. Now, my personal issue with Highline is as follows: I have recently purchased an 07 BMW with very little mileage. After driving off the lot I had noticed that the vehicle was leaking a lot of oil, and there had been many things (such as the spark plugs and coils) that were never replaced and were past due mileage. I had contacted the dealership on three occasions (while still under warranty) to have them diagnose and fix the occurring issues. The dealership would never return my calls. I had then noticed, a week later, that while idling, my car would shake and the RPMs would increase and decrease without pressing anything. That was the last straw. I had contacted the dealership and had spoken to the owner. He was extremely rude and had told me that it wasnt his problem anymore since the car wasnt under warranty. YET WHEN I CALLED WHILE UNDER WARRANTY, my phone calls were never returned. Even when I had showed up, they had took down all my information and told me that they would schedule an appointment and take a look at my car. THEY NEVER DID. Anyhow, when speaking on the phone to the owner he had told me that if he were to do the repairs he would be "losing money" and he wasnt looking out in my best interest, but his. I had told him that I would be reporting him to the BBB and he took that as a threat and told me I was never allowed on the premises again. In other words, by purchasing a vehicle from this company you will be making the biggest mistake. They are all just a bunch of shady salesmen, who want nothing but your money. (They will just push off any issues you find with your car until your warranty is up) and then like the owner said, "Its not his problem anymore." We must all come together to prevent others from making the same mistake I have! We need more honest businessmen in society, not a bunch of scammers who only care about themselves. This business does not even deserve a 1 rating, rather a 0. Other dealerships in this area that are true and reputable are: Watertown Branch Toyota Shakers Watertown Honda Watertown BMW

WARNING: If youre thinking of purchasing a car from this place, you better think twice. I recently purchased a 2005 Jeep Cherokee Laredo and have had nothing but problems, and I dont mean minor problems. The first day I drove it off the lot it was fine. The very next day I was having problems with the starter. When I turned the ignition, the f@$king thing didnt start. Can you believe that I was given two weeks to call in any mechanical issues because I wasnt given a warranty? And, I paid over $9k for the vehicle. It gets better...I had their service center look at it and the mechanic told me that the wire wasnt touching the starter. He supposedly fixed it. Wrong! I had to take it back a second time for the same problem. Come to find out, I needed a whole new starter. It doesnt end there...Several weeks later I was on the highway, and suddenly, there was a humming noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The noise got louder and louder after a few days. I took it to Jeep Crowley to get an estimate for repairs, they said it was a pinion bearing defect. They wanted to charge me over $1,300!!! Now mind you, at this point Im only 3 months into this vehicle. Fortunately, my mechanic only charged me $600 - parts and labor. To think that that was the icing on the cake, a new discovery emerged immediately thereafter. My mechanic noticed that there was a squeaking noise coming from the engine. At first, he thought it was a belt, but sure enough, it was the water pump. Just my luck...My jaw dropped because I just had handed my rent money. Fortunately, he was nice enough to allow me to make incremental payments. So he fixed it. Finally, I was able to breathe a sigh of relief… NOT! It gets even better folks! After leaving his garage, I got on the highway, and BAM! ANOTHER PROBLEM! The same humming noise started on the driver’s side of the vehicle, a huge safety issue. I had to get off the exit as the car jerked from whatever defect I was now experiencing. This all happened in one day! Can you imagine??? How the hell am I supposed to make car payments if the damn cars a money pit???!!!! You think these guys at highline care? They made a quick buck off me and claimed that they thoroughly inspected the car. Are you kidding me? Stay away from these guys and run for the hills. My Buick Lesabre didnt have nearly as many problems as Im having with my Jeep, and it had 248k miles. My Jeep has a little over 103k miles. Im currently seeking legal counsel to recoup the costs of my repairs. The vehicle is clearly a lemon. Go to another dealer and save yourself the headaches, time, and money.

So excited after using a subprime credit rebuilding program for two plus years, to finally get a traditional loan with monthly payments!! Bought a 2008 BMW 328XI with a bad valve train, shame on me for not doing more research on why the previous owner traded his vehicle in at the time! Unfortunately we are not always allowed to reach out or contact the previous owner and the Carfax does not always show mechanical issues! Being two plus hours away I could not have my own mechanic look at this vehicle so I had to take the word of what I thought was a reputable Conn. dealership with a full service dept.! Less than 30 days after the sale and delivery I find out why my valves are so unusually load! BMW from 2007 until 2009 had some issues with the design of the valve trains of these 3 series. So HCC knowing this you would think they would have done the right thing and either fixed it and sold the car for a little more or made the new customer aware of the potential fix that this would cost them due to BMW not doing any sort of national recall on the vehicle! Instead they stick a guy who just got his credit back to par, and my prime source of income is disability, with a $5,000. dollar fix! Of course they will deny any knowing of the loud valve train, and of course the mechanic that happen to work on the vehicle is no longer employed by HCC, Yankee Auto Sales Inc.! I did not notice how loud they were the day of pick up due to the busy street they are on and the amount of other vehicles running directly around the service dept. when I picked it up. It was not until I got home and heard then how loud they were. So I did all the normal things thinking they put low octane fuel so I filled it with 94 octane, I did a Mobil 1 synthetic oil change and even put some injector cleaner in it hoping it was anything but bad valves! In the end I have a car I can not drive yet have to pay $310. a month for! I cannot afford to pay the $5,000. out of pocket so now what! Thanks guys!! Great job
