STAY FAR AWAY PLEASE!!! Al Khan and Jeff are very manipulative and are total con artist I financed a 07 Nissan murano by the next day the gears had locked out and I lost total control of the vehicle with my toddler and new born inside the vehicle. After returning the vehicle for repairs over SIX TIMES! they told me they could not find the problem. And attempted to send me to the Nissan dealership to get the car fixed. I wanted nothing else to do with the vehicle. Al and Jeff continued to tell me the vehicle was not returnable, but after speaking with the bank I found out that was a total lie. I was cut a $78 check out of my $2,000 down payment . But thats just a start after speaking with the bank i found out I was still on file for the car payment until they pay the $500 cancellation fee which was said to come out of my $2,000 I got the car on 10/13/16 sold it back to them on 10/26/16.no payment to the bank has been made . Jeff continues to tell me the payment will be made when they get around to it. They have my money and are un willing to pay for the bank cancellation fee. I only physically had the car in my possession for about four days in that time span, they had it in their garage the rest of the time. I only drove the car about 55 miles . Im currently preparing my case with an attorney . If you want to keep your family safe. Stay away from these guys they are total crooks and should not be in business. They have no sense of care for anyone but themselves and will try to bully you.

This people will tell you anything you want to hear just to sell you the car.i got a car from them and first the radio didnt work, I called and he (Jeff) told me that the radio wasnt a safety issue and the dealer had nothing to do with that after they listed the car with radio and saying that everything works like new.The A/C of the car wasnt working either.my fault because It was winter and I didnt test it.i guess that one is on me.I call Jeff again about the Radio because who will spend 7,000 on a car with no radio and he told me he will send me a check for 60 dollars for the radio LOL.guess what they never mailed me anything and never Responded my calls or text.And my name is Luis Santiago.if you want to contact me you should have my information.

As a consumer searching for a specific vehicle and having my heart set on a certain brand and model, I searched near and far, finding that the cars closer to me were over priced. Then I found a car online at NB Auto Sales which is in Waterbury Ct and I was traveling from Springfield Ma. I gave it a shot and found that the owner handled my purchase personally, but not only treated me with respect by offering me the best deal including better financing. The best thing I noticed from my experience there was not only was i treated with dignity, but every other customer that walked in the door. Fair and honest.

After weeks of searching, I had found my dream car with these guys! They had a great car selection on the website, which was easy to navigate, and so so helpful when I went to meet them and test drive the car! Very friendly, not pushy and didnt hassle me either. I worked with Jeff and he was so personable and walked me through everything since I had never done this before. I had test drove my car and was driving it off the lot within a week! Id recommend going to these guys if youre looking for a good car. I also got a great deal on mine, which made working with them that much better.

Worst place to buy a car hands down they come out with a caring attitude and all generous and honest in this that and the other that is the definition of a con artist they sold us a lemon of a car knew it was a lemon sold it to us anyways with a grin on their face air conditioning didnt work transmission is slipping car doesnt start half the time weve only owned it 3 months... Needless to say very disappointed and will never tell anybody to buy a car here! Just a word of advice anybody that tells you that they are the BEST probably aint the best!!

I am a very happy customer. I walked in NB Auto Sales on a Tuesday and was driving off in car on Thursday. The sales team over at NB Auto Sales are beyond professional. They care about their customers. I explained my situation to Al the owner and Gary the salesperson and together they went out of their way to get me into a car. Bought two cars from them they are the best used car dealership Ive ever dealt with in Waterbury. If you ask for Al he will take very good care of you and make sure that you get in the car you want to get in. He handled all my needs in a very professional way. Even after the fact he honored the warranty even something that wasnt covered under it and fixed it out of his own pocket. If I ever buy another used car it will definitely be from Al

My friend Eli and myself went there to purchase a vehicle have been waiting 2 weeks with his deposit down and basically holding his money up where he cant get another vehicle somewhere else. Been calling everyday and gets the run around from them. If your looking to get into a car go elsewhere or hold your money. I was looking into getting a car here til Ive seen what happened with him.

The owner Al and sales manager Jeff Will not give back my down payment that they promised to. They have the vehicle back. They are rude and are trying to extort the down payment from me. The vehicles rust was painted over. They only care about making money and not your families safety. Please Stay Away!!

garbage useto work there.price to high, to many rule broke.make sure you car have nothing wrong.you well end pay for the warranty.the car look good but have problems soon.I buy a vw jetta there,2month later transmission went out and they dont fix.have to buy another car.good people "yes,but bat car.
