I live in another state and have used Midwood Flower Shop to deliver flowers to my aunt in Charlotte for several years. I have always received great feedback from family members about the flowers and how beautiful the arrangements were and how much my aunt liked the flowers. Delivery was also prompt on each occasion. I recently forgot to order flowers for my aunts memorial service until I was on the way to Charlotte. I used my cell phone (no, I wasnt driving) to order the flowers on the way. The flowers were sent to the church early the next day and it was a large arrangement with a beautiful and colorful (my request) array of beautiful and very fresh flowers and greenery. I appreciate the great service, beautiful flowers and prompt attention to my requests. I will enjoy continuing to use Midwood Flower Shop for anything I need in the Charlotte area.

Wow, wow and WOW! I live out of town and at the very last minute had to cancel a trip to Charlotte for an event honoring my bfs father. I Googled and found Midwood and asked Julie if they could accommodate a very last minute, same day order. Not only did they agree to help but they were also very helpful in guiding me toward the best choice for the intended (an potted orchid, BTW). I hung up the phone and recd a confirmation email almost immediately at 3:56 PM. At 4:29 PM my bf texted me to tell me how surprised and pleased his father was with my gift. They delivered it in LESS THAN 45 minutes! I am so appreciative for their help and most especially for their willingness and kindness. And, from the pic I saw, the flower is beautiful too! I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you thank you Midwood!

Like the wonderful grandchild I am I managed to forget that it was my grandmothers birthday.... I found the Midwood Flower Shop and stopped in looking for assistance since I dont know much (anything) about flower arrangements. The owner Julie was incredible at helping me find something awesome that fit my budget. I wish I could post a picture of the arrangement that I received 30 minutes later because it was amazing. When I arrived at dinner grandma received several sets of flowers on the table and everyone elses looked miserable in comparison. Sorry Harris Teeter flower shop but for the same cost Midwood Flower Shop knocks it out of the park. Youve earned my business going forward for sure and Ill keep spreading the word!

Best locally owned and operated florist in Charlotte. I moved to the area a year ago to start my new career after the military and I wanted a succulent garden to bring some life to my office but I did not know where to go. After asking around several people informed me of Midwood Flower Shop off of Central Ave. I decided to check them out and was impressed at their plant and flower selection along with their knowledge of how to care for them. Now I get flower weekly for my home and they last for almost two weeks. As a customer, you may a little more for an arrangement but the quality is spectacular. I have been and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I called for a delivery that same day to a friend who is a teacher at a nearby school. Not only did they help me to pick the perfect flowers, but they communicated delivery and it was at a very reasonable time. I highly recommend them to anyone as they are friendly, fast and reliable with beautiful arrangements. It was the first time shes ever been sent flowers to work and she said "she couldnt stop smiling." Thanks for all your help! I look forward to using you all some more

I left a message and Jenny called me back promptly, then guided me through the logistics of sending an order to my sister, who had just moved to Charlotte and wasnt far from Midwood Flower Shop. From Jennys advice on flower selection to her attention to detail, I felt taken care of and thoroughly satisfied with my order. Should have done better research, first. Shop owner was not the least bit helpful in trying to connect the flowers with the recipient. When talking on the phone, the owner was very rude and angry. Not what youd expect from a locally owned place. Ill find another place to drop $$ on flowers (note - this is not a mid-priced shop)... Deliveries dont go out until late afternoon and dont expect over-the-top customer service from this store.

We moved to Plaza Midwood a year ago and recently saw a promotion for Midwood Flower shop. I called and and ordered the special roses just for me and they were so lovely and brought them by later in the day so when I got home, they would be fresh, The roses are quite beautiful and certainly beat the grocery store ones! I am so glad I found them!
