Mr. Raymond is the BEST! Yesterday was my Step Sons Prom and we forgot to get a corsage!!! I called at least 20 places and they all werent willing to help. Mr. Raymond was so so kind to say "Sure Ill do it" without even knowing his prom was the same day. On top of that, his store wasnt even open for business! He went over ALL my options and kindly explained the difference. The price was Super reasonable and he did a beautiful job! He is so sweet. I felt like Ive known him for years. THANK YOU MR. RAYMOND for helping make my step sons prom a lifelong wonderful memory! Its people like you that makes a difference!!! My friends and family defiantly will be using your shop for all our floral needs. Thank you again and MAY GOD BLESS YOU!

It has been a while since I have lived in Charlotte but after bad experience with another florist I used these people and was ALWAYS pleased. There was one late delivery but that was due to him receiving incorrect information from the funeral home. I moved to Gastonia several years ago and have used a florist here a couple times and one was extremely expensive. My son sent me flowers from another florist here for Mothers Day and it was left on the porch in the hot sun since I was not home. That did not happen when I used Colonial Florist. When the people were not home they left note to call.

As co-owner of Carolina Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Charlotte, I have been very impressed with the quality of work that Mr. Chance has put out. His prices are very reasonable. Frankly, he puts more flowers in his arrangements that most florist do for the money. Mr. Chance has always been very cooperative with the families he serves as well as our staff here at the funeral home.

I put in an order online a day before Valentines day and got a confirmation number for it. The person did not receive flowers on valentines day. I called today and the man i was speaking to was very rude. He could not help me at all. I asked how i could get a refund and he did not direct me anywhere and told he could not do anything about it. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

Love this florist. His work is amazing and beautiful. I can always count on him for birthdays and just because days. He is one of the sweetest people I know. I highly recommend his service to anyone who wants perfection in an arrangement and personal touch. I cant think of any other place. You will be very pleased!!!!

Twice Ive used them, and twice Ive been disappointed. The arrangements have been gorgeous, but the the delivery has been terrible. The first time they were hours late, and the second time they got lost and spoiled the surprise. Better off picking them up from these people...

Ive used them for years. Even though I have moved away I continue to use them when I send flowers in the Charlotte area. You cant go wrong with the beautiful flowers they send out along with the price! Great guy to work with also.
