Ruined Valentines Day. My husband ordered roses for me three weeks in advance and his credit card was charged. Due to lack of organization and customer service I did not receive my flowers on Valentines day. My husband called when he realized I hadnt received them at work and was promised they would be delivered to our home that evening. Again, flowers never came. Finally he went to the store the day after Valentines day and was given a refund and told the flowers would still be delivered. I finally received them at 2pm the day after Valentines day. They appear to be left over roses that someone just threw together and brought over. Not even a little impressive considering all the hassle we went through. The worst part is Cotswold Florist offered little apology and very poor customer service. Order flowers at your own risk and buyer beware. The only good thing out of this experience is that we were able to get a full refund.

My husband ordered me "zen" for my birthday through teleflora. This florists substituted colors, flowers. Out of 8 things they substituted 7! Gave me gladiolas instead of orchids etc. Didnt look like what we paid for at all! Complained through teleflora, called Cotswold, sent email, no response. They took money did what they wanted and expect you to be ok with that. Chose another florist this one doesnt deserve your business.

1. Called and both numbers were busy twice. 2. Called again and told abruptly "Please Hold". 3. Held for 9 minutes and then they hung up on me. 4. Called again and same man answered. I explained what happened and he offered no explanation much less apology; just abruptly said "Can I help you" followed by silence. I said never mind. Id prefer to deal with a florist that would value my call. Fellow missed is big order!

Ordered online and then realized I needed to make a delivery change. I called the store number and they made it quick and easy to update the delivery information. They also went ahead and confirmed the message as well. The flowers were gorgeous and much appreciated by the birthday girl!

They didnt deliver the note with the flowers earlier this week! No matter how nice the flowers, its just not the same when the lady has to call the florist to find out who sent em and get the note.

The fact that I have to give a star at all is irritating! No delivery no call no show. Despite this terrible business efforts my anniversary was still great no thanks to them.
