Calling in an order was a terrible experience. The gal I spoke with was not pleasant, not helpful. My item was apparently not sent, (although I have yet to have that confirmed), the customer service was horrible when I made that first call. Over a week later, after three more calls, the item arrived with no mention of what happened, no return call (which they said they would do). It was actually sent one week after I made the purchase and took less than 24 hours. So what was the reason for the delay? The last gal I spoke with was very pleasant - Ashley. Thanks Ashley for soothing my frustration with the other gal, and with the poor service. Unfortunately I dont plan to do business there anymore.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. This proud Sven clog owner boasts that the best shoes on earth are made in Minnesota. Sven clogs provide style and comfort like no other. All day everyday, I even walk my dogs in them. And, their customer service is off the charts. Such kind folks, looking to make your day more comfortable. Buying local never felt so good.❤️
