I attended the Shu Dansko event this past weekend. The selection was amazing and the service was exceptional. The man who helped me...I wish I could remember his name...was very helpful in helping me decide which shoes to purchase based on my needs (past ankle surgery). The other times Ive shopped there, Ive been helped by the owner, as well as other employees and Ive always had a great experience. Great shop!

Every time I think I can just "take a look" at whats at Shu, I wind up buying a pair of shoes I cant live without. The selection is so great--lots of Danskos to choose from, but you also have a pretty good shot at finding something really unusual/cool that is also unexpected. The staff are also so great--super helpful and not pushy or snooty at all! I love this place!

Dont ever try to return something at this store. Bought $150 shoes ands returned them late. They gave us $55.00 in store credit (like we needed $55.00 in socks). Then while we were still there they put them up on the sale rack for $120.00. Crooks!

I love to support small, women owned businesses. I have always had positive shopping experiences at Shu. The staff is helpful and attentive, but never pushy. Wonderful selection! ( Its hard to leave with just one pair.)

One suggestion, if youre in for a return, leave your adorable harmless babies at home. They might cause you to get chewed out by the employees.
