Prior to going to the runnign room I was buying my shoes at other stores known for carrying everything. What I did not understand was, just because the name of the shoe is the same, the shoe may not be the same. I was having ankle and knee problems until I went to the running room and was fitted with the right kind of shoe for my gate and flat feet. Since then I have purchased all of my shoes here and have run 20 5ks, 5 10ks 4 halfs and the twin cities marathon. If your going to run, buy the right kind of shoe not the cheapest pair you can find.

I bought m my first pair of running shoes from this location and have worn them in 10 5ks, 2 10ks. I dislocated both fibular heads and tore a sartorius muscle. This whole time, we thought it was an issue with my gait. Until today. I watched myself run on video and discovered I had been fitted in the completely wrong shoe all those years ago. Im mad that more care was not taken in putting me in the right shoe, the danger that put me in, and extremely frustrated for all of the time I have lost in accomplishing my goals.

Helpful, patient and knowledgeable sales people helped me and my 16-year old daughter find the perfect shoes. Loved the running classes they offer, too. Great selection of sale shoes was the icing on the top. Terrific place for runners.
