The two stars are for the shoes and deals going on at the time...not the service. We arrived 15 min to closing, which the two staff told us immediately when we arrived. Maybe if you asked how you could help us and said hello? With a toddler- 15 min is all I spend in a store! Neither staff asked to measure his feet....which my husband and I did on our own. When I asked staff about sandals- making sure there were no sizes in the back, staff shrugged and said that the truck didnt come in yet- so there were limited options. Typically there are offers to check other stores, etc. Also staff didnt let me know there were several more options on a special sale table-we found them ourselves. We ended up with a pair of tennis shoes and went to pay...with a couple of minutes to spare. I gave staff my number for rewards...they didnt say there was anything on it, but I checked my email later- and I had a $5 credit that I could have used.

Justin the manager was extremely rude!! Me and family walked in and he had a look on his face like he was angry we walked in. Didnt even say hi or how can I help you or helped us at all. Horrible customer service I dont recommend on going there with your kids.

Used to go here for running shoes, but now they pretty much only carry Nike athletic shoes, which do not fit me well.
