My parents have been using Otis for years. Matter of fact I bought my first vehicle from Charlie way back in 1993, a Ranger XLT pickup truck that was rock solid. Damn good vehicle, trusted and true and I wouldnt of gotten to where I am today with out the reliable transport it provided. It got me through Community College, SUNY Albany, and NYU. When I needed a replacement car a few years ago, i didnt hesitate & drove 80 miles to Otis and bought a 2007 Taurus which was an excellent family vehicle until my wifes Corolla died. Taurus was too large for her so we traded in the Taurus for a 2013 Focus that is just an amazing automobile, thats MADE IN AMERICA (Michigan to be exact by Union Labor, something that was important to my family). I recommend this dealership because its been providing the same level of service, satisfaction (excellent) for the near twenty five (gosh im old) my folks have been provided with all the while maintaining a professional, no bull, and stable atmosphere. Hell some of the people I know there have been there for years! People retire from Otis!! Try that at any other dealership. You cannot buy continuity and Otis is just in a class by itself when it comes to consistency in delivering their products and handing customers needs.

I had brought my previous vehicle for repairs at Otis Ford and was very satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the work performed. Naturally, when I turned that vehicle in at the end of the lease term this was where I started, and ended my search. If you want one word to describe the "Otis Ford Experience", it is personal. They spent weeks with me via phone, email and personal visits to determine the exact car that I wanted and made it happen. The Otis Ford team went out of there way, sometimes at very off peak hours to ensure that my vehicle of choice made it from the dealership of origin to their lot, and even called me as per my request to let me know the status! When I had a last minute meeting and could not pick up the car as we initially planned, they took the address I was at and brought the car to me because I would have had to wait another week with a borrowed car to come pick it up. Simply put, if you want to find the vehicle that is right for you at a price that fits your budget, head over to Otis and see what I am talking about. My 2013 Taurus Limited is now the envy of many friends and relatives; It gets much more attention than the BMW 335 I turned in!

Need to give a shout out to Tom Otis Jr. , Lou Caponi, and Matt Margiotta at OTIS Ford. They could not have been better in helping me out of my Ford Focus and into a Ford CMAX Energi! At first, I was hesitant to lease the CMAX, $100 per month more than my Focus payment. However, I was assured by all that the gas savings I would see would supplement the extra payment. I do not believe that the guys at OTIS could fathom how AMAZING my mileage has been! I received the car on July 1st with a full tank of gas. On July 15, I added 9.5 gallons of gas, and had traveled 961 miles, averaging 101.1 mpg! Just today, in sheer amazement, I just broke my single commute record. No shattered is a better word. My record was 166 mpg going from Coram NY to Garden City NY or vice versa. Today, from Coram to Garden City, I averaged 198MPG!!!!!! Thanks again to all at OTIS, including Nancy at the desk who couldnt have been any nicer or helpful! A Happy CMAX owner

In June I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge from Otis Ford and couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service I received. I worked with Jeff P. and Matt, and I can’t say enough good things. They were not at all pushy and made my husband and me feel completely comfortable throughout the purchasing process. We were also extremely particular about the condition in which we wanted to receive the car (there were some minor cosmetic flaws that we wanted touched up), and they went above and beyond to ensure that all of our desires were satisfied. They certainly exceeded standard dealer protocol, and ensured me that they strive for 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time. As I live two hours from the dealership, they even Facetimed with me prior to us picking it up in order to ensure everything was completed to our standards. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Otis Ford!

I purchased a 2012 Ford Transit Connect from these people who came highly recommended from a friend. I drove an hour to buy my van from them, but I am glad I did. My van actually broke down. When I contacted Otis about this, they had a loaner towed to my home and my van towed to their shop. They repaired the van, delivered it to my business, and even topped off my gas tank. I highly recommend them. Anyone can sell a vehicle, but these great people stand behind their product. It is a family run business, and I truly respect them.

Bought a new car from Otis and I have to say they are the best Ford sales team Ive come across the entire island. Very courteous and caring group of people. Carl got hold of my car and spent no time grabbing it. He is, and I quote him, "probably the oldest sales man on the island", who has a great sense of humor. They are a family owned business and they sure make you feel like home. I Definitely recommend them for a new purchase. Will be going in for service soon and will have more good things to say.

What an easy transaction! I needed a two wheel drive Ranger, in Red, and even though Ford isnt making new ones anymore, Carl at Otis had one that was perfect for me. From the first phone call, to the ride from the ferry and delivery of the vehicle, this was an easy transaction.
