When I read reviews, I typically scroll to the bottom, first so, Ill save you the trouble and tell you we ended up purchasing a 2013 Sonata Hybrid Limited and were loving it! Now, to go back and start at the beginning ... We brought our 2007 Sonata in for a minor service and were checking out the show room vehicles while we waited. We sat in several and then spotted the new 2013 Sonata Hybrid that was parked just outside of the showroom, by the front door. It was stunning! Don came out to answer questions which I had a ton of. He was very patient with me and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. For my wife, it was love at first site with this gorgeous black dream car so, I knew it would be down to the deal and if we could find a way to afford it. We had two Hyundais ... the 2007 Sonata which had a total of 23,500 miles and the 2011 Accent with only 24,000 miles on it. The low miles are because I work from my home and my wifes company is only 7 miles away. We love to take long road trips across the country but lately, the price of gas has stopped those so, the hybrid would solves that problem. Also, I realized we didnt need two cars with two insurance payments, and twice the upkeep, etc. Don was understanding and worked out very equitable trade-ins for us, as well as the loyalty discounts, etc. Since both cars were regularly serviced by Key, the trade in evaluation was on the spot. The entire process was quite painless. Don worked very hard to get everything to a price level we were comfortable with and could afford. Again, no pressure tactics, just straight forward, honest work. I cant recommend Don, enough! Don also took the time to introduce us to Mike Bianchi, his manager. The entire crew was friendly and offered to help us in any way that they could. Next we did the actual signing with Jonathan Buttero who patiently explained the loan documents, clearly and answered all of my questions. Then it was back to Don who took us through all of the cars documentation and then sat and setup the customized setting on the Navigation system, etc.. I particularly appreciated his expertise because Ive never used this kind of system and had thought it would be a challenge ... and thanks to him, it wasnt! Weve already used half of the 17.5 gallon tank of gas (Thanks to Keys fill up!) and have driven 308 miles and still have half of the tank! The cars display indicates we have averaged 33.5 mpg which, is already a great savings and Im told this will improve with time as the car breaks in. This hybrid is amazing! Hyundai gave us the Blue Link Assurance package for 3 years along with a trial of the other levels of Blue Link for 3 months. This lets us navigate around traffic and have voice command of all of the Navigation systems and much more. One thing that really impressed me with this hybrid was how spacious it is. Im sit tall (shoulder to shoulder with my 6 5" friend) and find that I still have head room in the new Sonata ... without reclining my seat! This is one of the few vehicles that has ever fit me so well! Its also, "quiet as a church mouse", as Don told us. Ive ridden in many cars and never found one to be this quiet! Previously, Ive bought many cars both used and new from many dealers. My wife will tell you that I cant stand typical Car Salesman that try to manipulate you. Ive had many bad experiences before so, maybe I was do for a good one? In any case, Id have to rank this experience with Don Jones to be the best one that Ive ever had! Were loving our new Hybrid Sonata!

Exceptional customer service is an understatement. I received a "DRIVENOW CARD" in the mail and called Key Hyundai of Manchester on a Monday evening and spoke with a knowledgeable solution provider customer service representative which informed me of there current sales offers. I was instructed which documentation to bring and was give an appointment for the next day. I visited Key Hyundai of Manchester the next day and was pleasantly surprised to see my name of a white board as I entered the dealership. I was warmly greeted by Frank Minor and he sat and listened as I was specifically in what I was looking for. Frank asked me several questions and he actually took notes and was very attentive. After giving Frank my list of desires in the car I was looking for Frank came back with 4 cars for me to look at. The first car Frank showed me was a winner, I knew it as soon as I entered the vehicle but I looked at all 4 cars. The first car Frank showed me was the one I purchased that day. Frank has mastered his craft as a solution provider. His attention to detail, exceptional customer service abilities and superior product knowledge was refreshing. Frank is not like the any Car Salesman I have ever dealt with. I also noticed that Frank has an excellent relationship with his General Sales Manager, Michael Bianchi who both together worked hand in hand to offer me amazing investment options. I came prepared with all the proper income documentation and all other required paperwork I was instructed to bring by the production solution customer service representative. I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus 4d sedan SE and received the monthly payment I was looking for and at an exceptional APR. I left wanting to call all my family and friends and refer them to Frank Minor of Key Hyundai of Manchester. In conclusion, I was astonished and surprised at the background of the company that Frank gave me that I was really unaware of. It was apparent that Frank has taken the time to be the most educated product solution provider and really has a love for the company and people. Frank informed me who Jill Merriam is and what her mission statement is for the company. I had no clue who Jill was before this, shame on me. I am very happy and I am so grateful for Frank Minor. I know it was Franks experience, knowledge, excellent personality, hassle-free approach that has allowed me to leave a car owner, This experience was new for me because I always would bring my husband with me in fear of being taking advantage of but he was not able to personally attend but was present by telephone. But my experience with Frank allows me to say to female car shoppers "dont be afraid" to go alone to Key Hyundai of Manchester... Key Hyundai of Manchester has your best interest at heart, especially Frank Minor. Thank you Frank....

I went to Key Hyundai because Id heard the radio commercials so many times that I figured I might as well see if they were as good as they claimed. My experience was far better than I could have imagined! Starting with my initial phone call to the 800# I knew I was dealing with an organization that knows the meaning of customer service. The representative I spoke with was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and set up an appointment for the same day at the Vernon showroom. When I arrived I was cheerfully greeted by salesman Damian Smith. I told him I wasnt going to buy a car that day - I was just looking. Damian took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I wasnt sure which model and features I wanted so Damian went over all the options with me in detail and I test drove two cars. Damian thoroughly explained all the details and features of each car as well as the warranty and maintenance schedule. Back at the showroom I had finally decided what I wanted but I wasnt sure I would qualify for financing. Sales Manager Mike Bianchi assured me that he would do whatever he could to facilitate the process. He returned shortly with the good news that I had been approved! I had a lease for a different make vehicle which was about to end and I had no idea how to go about terminating that agreement. Mike explained exactly what I needed to do without making me feel like I was asking stupid questions. Next stop - finance manager, Randolfo Cabrera and Im thinking "here comes the hard part". I was wrong again. Randolfo was friendly and professional. He clearly explained all the financing details. Even though I said I wasnt buying a car that day, I drove away with my beautiful new Hyundai Sonata a few hours after walking through the door for the first time. There was never any fast talk or high pressure sales tactics. Just some really good people treating customers right! And I have confidence that they will continue to treat me right in the future. I will recommend this team to anyone and everyone!
