I was really disappointed with this thrift store...prices were very high. Only went to the 1330 N Mcdonald location. Smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in. Not much in terms of selection, the womens clothing section was very sparse. Not sure what all the rave reviews are about...maybe its just gone down hill since 2010 when most of these reviews were published. I like the Denton County Friends of the Family thrift store much more. Better prices, better items, and friendlier staff.

They have split the stores. The purple building is furniture, home decor, electronic and linens. The new store at 1330 N McDonald has all the clothing and baby stuff. Also books and vhs tapes. I find great stuff at both stores all the time. You really need to check them out. They arent your typical thrift store, they are neat, clean and the staff is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!
