Austin Quality Auto is more than just a car dealership! I stumbled to their lot after stopping at the lots that are adjacent to it and more visible from the street. The quality of service and vehicles at those other lots were unacceptable so my dad and I walked over to Austin Quality Auto (which is a jewel tucked behind those other lots). Im so happy that we took the time to go there. As my dad and I browsed around, we found that there were some very nice cars that were extremely affordable. There is a full-service mechanic shop onsite and there were cars that were being worked on in plain sight. The first person that we encountered was the salesperson Mike. He was awesome. He was not interested in selling me any old car.. He was interested in getting me into something in my price range, that was reliable and that I would be satisfied with. He was patient, kind and not pushy like most car salesmen. His personality was amazing and he made us feel like we were important whether we bought a car or not. The next person that we met was the owner Paul. Paul is an amazing man. He will work with you but sets his prices so that his cars are affordable to the average buyer. He is not interested in marking up a car 3 times and having you on payments for years, instead he prices all his cars to where the average buyer can pay cash. Paul is a business owner and proud father but I feel like even more than that he is just a good person with a kind heart and he would like to be able to help people improve their quality of life by providing quality automobiles. If you are looking for a vehicle and want to find something that is going to run well and not break your bank, go to Austin Quality first! Tell them Aaliyah sent you! I bought a 2008 Chevy Malibu for under $5000, the only service I have had to have is an oil change (because I drive long distances for work). I am treated like family there, when I call or go back, they know my name.When I am ready to buy a new car, my sons first car or recommend family or friends, I will tell them to go see Mike and Paul at Austin Quality!

There is always an exception to the Rule and this place is defiantly the exception. Honest is a word that I use when describing the experiences I have had with this company. I can tell a bunch of horror stories about other used car dealers, auto mechanics and body shops but this one defies every stereotype Ive encountered. The prices are affordable, the service is better than any other place Ive gone to and the employees are dedicated to doing the best work possible and courteous. There is no reason to go elsewhere for my car needs and I havent since I found this place in 2015.

My husband and I brought our truck here because of a friend who recommended them to us. We needed body work. From the very beginning we were treated with great customer service. They helped us save any money we could and often followed up with us letting us know the status of our truck which we appreciated, not many shops go out of their way to make you feel at ease. Once it was time to pick up they had a detailed report on EVERYTHING that was done to our vehicle. When we saw our truck it was hard to believe anything had ever been wrong with it! Amazing service and quality work!

We bought a used 2001 Subaru Forester here. Im glad we did. At first, when we took it to the our "regular" shop for inspections, there were several issues our regular mechanics asked Austin Quality Auto to address. The guys at Austin Quality Auto Center not only addressed the problems, they did another all over vehicle check and replaced some additional items. Paul, the shop owner, was very sincere in his efforts to make the car the best it possibly could be. I appreciate Paul, Mike, and the rest of the team.

Do NOT , Do NOT purchase a vehicle here . Theyre scammers . When I bought my Audi A4 2005 I noticed that the brakes and arms on the car felt weird . They said that they would take care of it , However they did NOT. I took it to an Audi specialist where he affirmed that nothing was done to the vehicle , I took it back today and Paul affirmed that he admits they did not change the brakes, thus making this so called "business" highly UNTRUSTABLE & highly UNPROFESSIONAL.

Guys were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a squirrel that crawled in my car and chewed away at some of the wiring that was in my engine. The parts were going to be hundreds of dollars. They went out of their way to find some parts from a few spare cars that they had. I was in a hurry and they put me at the front of the list as well. All around very helpful.

I bought a 2002 VW Passat from Austin Quality and while it did have an issue with the O2 sensor after the purchase, Paul and his team were very quick to repair it free of charge. These guys are honest and proffesional. I would highly reccomend them.
