First, let me say that I would give less than 1 star if it were an option. My fiance has a 2012 Jeep Compass with their horrible Jatco CVT transmission. We have an extended warranty. It has now been to Mike Brown Dodge in Granbury twice for the same issue. No one wants to actually fix the car. Occasionally the transmission will not shift into overdrive on its own. It has the "manual" shift ability, and you can manually slap it into 6th gear and it drives just fine. She drives 80 miles a day roundtrip. This happens at least once a week while she is driving. It has happened while I am driving as well. Well wouldnt ya know, no one at the dealership can seem to duplicate the issue. Mike Brown Dodge has not bothered to contact us even once letting us know what is or isnt going on. I have had to call them multiple times, and not one single person there cares in the least or has any intentions to provide customer service. Mike Brown Dodge stated that they opened a "star" something request but Chrysler wont do anything about it until they see it malfunction. To me it doesnt sound like they are even looking into the issue. They have had the car for 2 full weeks now and somehow have not managed to find any problems. I only found this out after calling them, for the 4th time, because no one there could be bothered to contact us and fill us in. This is not a case of accidentally using the manual shift option and forgetting to shift. Get in, put in Drive, and go. Will work perfectly fine for an hour or so. Come to a light, stop sign, etc. Then start driving again. Now it will not shift all the way and winds up to 5k at 70mph until you manually shift. My biggest issue with the whole thing is, if you cant get it to replicate the problem, call us. Tell us. Have us come get the car. Something. Dont just say screw it and wait for us to call several times requesting updates or info before finally saying that it wont malfunction. On top of everything, everyone in the "service" department was incredibly rude. Steve and Santos both treated my fiance as if she was an idiot. They refused to actually discuss the issue with her or myself, only stating that it "runs fine." They were asked to verify that all software updates had been completed as that is a known issue for these transmissions. The response was mumbling and then stating that they cant fix it if it runs fine. This is not an uncommon issue. A quick google search shows the known issues associated with this transmission. Chrysler, as a whole, as made no effort to satisfy us or provide positive customer service. This will be the last Chrysler product I ever own, and this will be the last time I ever do business with Mike Brown.

We recently traded a 2011 Buick Lacrosse for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Signature with Mike Brown Hyundai. We arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday, having driven from Denton. Having done preliminary research, I made a trade offer to Duwayne Nuebel, Sales Manager. He researched the value of my trade for a few minutes and made a counter offer. I offered to "split the difference" and we were done. Negotiated and agreed in 15 minutes. We then test drove the car. (No sense in driving a car if you cant agree on a price.) When the test drive was complete, the sales associate spent 45 minutes going over the features of the car. While test driving, the docs were prepared. We signed and were on the road 90 minutes after arrival. In my opinion, thats how a car deal should work. Not only was it efficient, but they made the process jovial and fun, not adversarial as many car deals are. On a side note, we are really impressed with the product. The reviews stating that this car rivals a BMW 5 series for a fraction of the cost are accurate, I believe. I also have a BMW in my garage so I think I have a basis for that statement. Incidentally, at the time of our visit, Mike Brown Hyundai had 4 other left over 2015 models, all priced very aggressively. For us, it was worth the drive to Granbury. Check it out.

I called the service department three weeks prior to making an appointment for my 2014 Dodge Caravan to get an automatic start just so they could order the part. I also called a week prior to the appointment and Nate said it was in. I drop my car off a day early and Nate said they would start working on it then. It took two and a half days and Nate finally called and said the automatic start didnt work but they would not charge me. I pick up my van theres nuts and bolts all over the floor board of the drivers seat. I called Nate and told him he didnt seem to care. After they took the dash apart they couldnt even put it back together. They just left nuts, bolts and screws everywhere and it is making noses. I never want to go there again

Andrew in service was great! My wife has to have her RHD (right hand drive) Jeep for work as she works at the postal service. I had been on the phone back and forth for days regarding repairs and how long she might be without it. Dropped it off and about four hours later they were ready to fix it and just have to wait on parts. The mechanic is spot on with work and assured Andrew it would be ready in a timely manner. Got the Jeep back yesterday and it runs great. Our next vehicle purchase and all repairs will be with Mike Brown Dodge, our srvice rep will be Andrew. Thank you Mike Brown Dodge team for you hard work!!!

My car was in for an insurance covered claim. Took 5 weeks, kept being passed around to different people, rent car cost me $1400, they tried to tell me I owed $7,000 because someone didnt know it was insurance claim, they put salvage yard driveshaft in my car and didnt tell us, got car back and had huge dent in door, filthy from top to bottom, and some things were loose and not tightened properly. They did not offer one single thing to us other than apology. My husband has been in this business 20+ yrs, and has never experienced this with any customer. Totally unacceptable.

Rodney Howard, the GM, and the Finance Department were are stellar. First, there were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics, or dealer tricks of any kind. Rodney Howard is one of the best salesmen you will ever deal with. I have yet to actually speak to another dealers GM, so it was refreshing to meet, and talk to this one. The financing department made it a breeze, and the entire process took less than 25% of the time most dealerships take. Mike Brown Chrysler Dodge Jeep is highly recommended!

Rodney Howard @ Mike Brown Rocks. We were in a special situation that he was able to take care of. The truck is great, but the thing that i liked the most was the speed of getting things done. The professional staff there even after we drove off is top notch! I live about 70 mins from this place, however I will be going back again and again. If youre in the market talk to Rodney here. Or any of the staff. Thanks!!
