Randy Wiyninger was awesome! He took great care of me while I was looking for a vehicle. I started out looking for a Chevy Equinox, but sadly they did not have any on the lot, so Randy showed me the GMC Terrain instead. We took it for a test drive, and I liked it a lot. So my husband looked over the outside, underneath, and the engine to make sure there werent any problems to be taken care of. When we got everything in order, we went over to the finance office. The gentleman who took care of us was very pushy when it came to me getting that specific vehicle. They werent getting the payments as low as I would have liked, so I told him we would not be buying that day and we would come back another time. He kept pushing it and how that was the lowest price they could possibly get with my credit and everything and that it was a great deal. My husband finally got a little snarky after noticing how stressed out the guy was making me, and told him we would not be buying it because we could not afford those kind of payments. He finally gave up trying to push that specific vehicle on us and asked if we would like to see if we could find a different one instead. I reluctantly agreed. After going back over and talking to Randy some more, he showed me a 2008 Pontiac G6. I knew this was the car for me. My husband and I took it for a drive, I liked it even more. After we got back my husband looked it over, and decided there wasnt anything he needed to be worried about under the hood or anywhere else, so we started talking numbers with Randy. After coming to an agreement, we went back to the finance office. This time, a different gentleman helped us out. He was much more pleasant to deal with, and got us down to an affordable payment. We signed the paperwork and went back over to get the car from Randy. Joking the whole time with us, he told me I could have his good pen if I bought a car that day, and I would have had it too, but he "conveniently" misplaced it. I told him it wasnt a big deal and that I was just excited to be buying my first car. When taking the stickers off the window, he scratched the window by accident, and told me that he would replace it. He also told me to bring it back in and he would get it washed and vacuumed for me since it was covered in bird poop from where it was setting on the lot. Well, I went back in on Monday, had it washed, and he told me to give him a call this next Monday, and he would put me in a loaner car for the day so they can fix my window for me. I was definitely VERY pleased with him. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend anyone to Randy. :)

Im ranking this a half a star or less due to the way they walk around your vehicle and assess the damage and what its worth and then estimate the damage is from your accident. Technically that would be under fraud because they dont want to go over the 50 limit which is generally a total loss. Now I dont want to rub it in their faces and put shame on their business but that is not acceptable and then when you bring your car back and say hey everything that you guys did is making noises when I roll my window down or theres something wrong at you didnt replace the wheel hub which I know is damaged and they told me that they check the my bearings and you cannot check the bearings on the new style wheel hub for by fours theres no race nothing its a one piece assembly and it is just not viewable you have to grind it open to see the bearings. They try to act like you dont know anything about vehicles. Well Im telling you right here I took my car back truck I mean and they sent it to the service department and I put a new tire on the front right side because they put one huge mud tire on the left side and align my car. You know how much tire wear that causes to the other tires? A lot. So I bought a new tire put it on the front passenger side which did not get hit and I took it back and said fix it and the window well they sent it to the service department and they put a lower ball joint on it and they were done whenever the spindle was bit they took a sledgehammer to my spindle and then on top of that they told me my spindle wasnt bent in the first place these guys are scammers do not go to Ferguson Body Shop its the people they have working there human error The Body Shop doesnt make any money if your car is a total loss so they have to make sure its not a total loss they can take you through all this headache of switching vehicles and coming back and going back and renting a car and costing you money. All just to find out that your car is a total loss and that if you have a good enough Insurance Company your ass will be saved. But for some people they do not have a good enough Insurance Company and those people get screwed shame on Ferguson body shop and GMC dealership if anybody needs to take their car to get worked on go to Collision Works or Service King they will do a professional job they will tell you right then and there if its a total loss and they do not play games. That way you can get through the process quicker it wont affect your business if youre a business owner and it wont affect you spending money on a rent a car that is not needed

I was referred to Ferguson Norman by several people. My families company uses them to purchase all of their company vehicles. My sales man Doug was phenomenal and his boss as well! I walked on the lot with an approval from my bank and was talked into financing through the dealership at a lower interest rate, which is perfect they were so nice who wouldnt want to get a better deal right? This review has nothing to do with that aspect. I drove the truck for two weeks as of yesterday and was called by the finance "Eddie" telling me that i needed to bring the truck back in theyre unable to finance via high miles on the truck. ( My first question was, why am i just finding this out? , I was already approved for the loan through my bank so we couldve easily avoided all this, why did i walk off the lot with papers in hand that it was mine if it wasnt? Not to mention before hand i asked to have it serviced , i was told that its being sold as is ( and i was getting a good deal) it has a leak in the seal on the 4x4 That wasnt going to be fixed nor priced dropped. it hadnt been inspected and i barely talked them into detailing it. So as i asked questions yesterday as to why this is all happening now? I was hung up on by the finance guy. I was told to come pick my old trade in up and drop the truck off. Awesome! When i showed up to the dealership the REAL gentleman that helped me along this process looked extremely stunned and unfortunately couldnt answer any of my questions due to not having my file. I looked at him and said so what do i do? get in my car and drive off? wonder why in the nation i was treated and spoke to the way i was. I could easily go get the loan at my bank and hand over a check for the truck i wanted. But why would i now? I have no reason to ever bring my business back there. Not only did i purchase a truck that i couldnt get basic things taken care of before hand, I also received a rude call to bring it back after two weeks of having it, then dropped it off with no information. If anything im surprised to have not been offer the deal of a life time just to spare the situation at hand.
